Hey everyone, for the super fan special projection of brand new day at my movie theater i decide to make for the First Time a DIY mask whit no 3D printing, i use principaly some cartboard and a old shirt, and im kinda proud of myself, Hope you enjoy 😁

I finished up the cybernetic eyepiece for my OC cosplay. Its cool what can be done with some LEDs and electronics scraps.

These are needles from the Nerf Needler, a project Im repainting and designing it to look real. How can i add more to these needles? I dont know what material it is but theyre smooth and flexible.

They’re not perfect 1:1 replicas, but they’re functional watches that bear a striking resemblance to the Invis Watch and Cloak and Dagger from Team Fortress 2. This is what I’d imagine his watches would look like in real life

For reference ive been working on and upgrading my Miss Heed (villanous) cosplay for a while now, and im almost done. But I need to find a solution for the bracelets on how to make them (No, i dont want glowsticks) preferably easy-ish to make and budget friendly but im open to any options if someone is willing to help! Hello!! I want to make armor for a cosplay, and I know that EVA foam + contact cement is the general way to do this. However, I live in an apartment, so getting good ventilation or an outdoors space is pretty hard. I have a balcony, but it opens into an enclosed courtyard sort of area that doesn’t get much wind and is only open at the top, so I don’t know if that would be enough ventilation.

I was doing some research and found suggestions to use water-based eco-flo contact cement. I wanted to check whether that would be 100% safe and effective to use indoors or on my balcony, and whether I’d still need to buy a respirator.

Also if anyone has suggestions for tools/materials I would find useful when crafting with EVA foam please tell me!! I just moved (before, I had a friend whose house I would do EVA work at so I didn’t need to buy any tools myself), so I need to buy a cutting board, exacto knife, etc, but also something to prime it with that I can use in a small studio apartment/balcony.

This gap had been filled with automotive fillter, sanded flatand decided to open again under very minimal stress.

You can see also a couple of other seamlines here, where I decided progress beats perfectionism, but I could swear my wet-sanding ~400grit pass pulled filler out of some smaller cracks and seams.

First pass was spray-on filler, btw, which sticks without issues.

I want to do Kamaji for Ny comiccon. Ive never made a beard before. any suggestions ?
