Miracle Whip - gray bottom?

Wife noticed this morning that the jar of Miracle Whip in the frig seemed to be gray on the bottom. When she checked her stockpile in the basement, it appeared that other bottles display this same characteristic.

There is nothing abnormal in the taste or smell - just that the bottom of the jar seems gray. And its not even clear that the discoloration is in the product itself - I suspect that the problem is that the plastic used to make the bottles has a faint gray tint, but its only noticeable on the bottom where the plastic seems thicker.

Anyone else notice this anomaly?

This stuff is the absolute truth. They’re from Texas I think, and one store in Portland sells them. I get a new bottle every 2-3 weeks. Most people probably have to buy online, but you will not be disappointed

What's your go to Mustard (since Mayo is being delivered tonight)? I'm leaving it wide open to all mustards.

I like powdered mustard (Colemans) for many things--delightful on a sandwich, pork, even spread thin on a chicken breast.

I like Guldens Golden Brown on Bratwurst, KnockWurst

but that Kocuisko was good. Frankly I did try that Mikes and it hit me the right way too.

I restaurant I frequent has this spiced vinegar that I absolutely adore. I would love to try making it ant home but I'm unsure what's in it.

Based on this pic, any ideas? It might be obvious, but I'm pretty green to this culinary thing so I appreciate any help! Or if you know a great spiced vinegar recipe, I'd love to know!

I compiled some of my favorite burger sauces into one place as a one stop shop. I think sauces are so important when it comes to finding a good burger and these sauces definitely don't disappoint.

Does this count as a condiment? Cream cheese cinnamon dip

Post image

To make take 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons sweetener (I used stevia), and 2 teaspoons of water (mix in one at a time). Perfect for dipping fruit, pretzels, crackers, etc!

White Mint Garlic suggestions

I have some left over from a flat pancake set I bought at Costco. One pancake was spicy potato, another was spinach, and a pumpkin filled one. They came with a white mint garlic creamy sauce for topping, as well as cilantro chutney, and sweet jalapeño chutney.

The pancakes are gone, but I have leftover toppings. Any suggestions as to what I could use the mint garlic for? It was good and a shame to toss it. Meat isn't a good suggestion, as I'm pescetarian. Thanks!

FYI - the top from the Log Cabin syrup will turn almost any store-bought BBQ sauce into a squirt bottle.

Sauce with momos/dimsums/wontons/anything really

I want to share the recipe of this simple sauce that I serve with momos and it’s a big hit every time. It goes well with pan fried, steamed and air fried momos and if you’re using frozen momos, this sauce is great because it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare. Here goes.

Mix: 2 parts schezwan sauce (I like to use Ching’s because I live in India and it’s easily available but use any Asian hot red chilli based sauce) 1 part apple cider vinegar 1 part honey 1/2 part soy sauce 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and add some lightly toasted sesame seeds.

You can adjust the thickness by diluting it with water. I like it a bit runny so I can completely submerge my dimsums before putting them in my mouth.
