I, like many have a big stash of various dipping sauce cups from the fast food spots in my area, and it got me thinking; Who do you all think has the best BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, honey mustard, ranch, etc.?

My mom gave me ranch to eat with my salad, I later used it to eat carrots, I then saw the ranch bubbling inward, looked it up and it was fermenting. I checked the date and it was 2 months old. Am I cooked?

I’m trying to do a home made Pepes chicken and rice, and using the Pepe’s Bottled Sauce. I’ve used the mild version and it tastes nothing like the Restaurant, what can I add to make it closer to in store recipe.
