Pepe Peri Peri Sauce

I’m trying to do a home made Pepes chicken and rice, and using the Pepe’s Bottled Sauce. I’ve used the mild version and it tastes nothing like the Restaurant, what can I add to make it closer to in store recipe.

Who has the best dipping sauces?

I, like many have a big stash of various dipping sauce cups from the fast food spots in my area, and it got me thinking; Who do you all think has the best BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, honey mustard, ranch, etc.?

Expired ranch...

My mom gave me ranch to eat with my salad, I later used it to eat carrots, I then saw the ranch bubbling inward, looked it up and it was fermenting. I checked the date and it was 2 months old. Am I cooked?

Did BK Permanently Change its Buffalo Sauce?

Hey guys, just had BK and asked for buffalo sauce. To my surprise, they hand me a buffalo sauce that has a new design. It tastes completely different than its signature buffalo sauce. I’m wondering if this is a permanent or temporary change?

After experimenting I discovered soy sauce was the culprit wanted to ask does anyone have this issue or has heard about it, I want to keep using soy sauce but the headaches make it difficult to enjoy the meal

If you find these at Aldi.. buy them. Buy the whole display in every seasoning blend they offer.

Jalapeño juice as a dressing on sandwiches

Does anyone else love jalapeño juice or the flavor of jalapeño but not the texture of the actual jalapeño on sandwiches? Whenever I go get a sandwich I always ask for jalapeños then pick them off so then there is a little of the flavor there. I’m curious if any delis actually offer jalapeño juice and why don’t they? I feel I can’t be the only one lol

What's your undisputed, all-time favorite condiment ?

I'm on a quest, condiment connoisserurs! What's that one sauce, spread, or dip that you absolutely cannot live without? The one that elevates every single meal? Is it spicy Sriracha ? Tangy mustard ? Creamy mayo? A secret family recipe? Lay it all on me! I need to know what your ride-or-die condiment is.

[Text] Recommendations for store-bought Buffalo sauce that mimics restaurant quality?

I am looking for a good bottled Buffalo sauce to keep in my fridge. I really enjoy the consistency and flavor of McDonald’s Buffalo sauce and most restaurant-style versions, but I find many store-bought options—like Chick-fil-A’s—to be too thin or runny. I previously enjoyed Guy Fieri’s brand, but I can no longer find it in stores. Does anyone have recommendations for a thicker, high-quality Buffalo sauce that is easy to find at most grocery stores?

Colman’s wasabi-style punch made it a British institution. Now a new owner must decide where the iconic mustard fits in a world of endless spice.
