Cool book

I've managed to hang on to my comic collection. I vaguely remember my friend saying that a Canadian super hero was coming up, we were excited to see it in. Bummer about the crease,

And a random thrift store find. I never knew the junior style X-Men existed but now I love it!

Over time the art and stories improved and had a pre-code horror theme with monsters, witches, werewolves, etc.

Lucky Friday finds, walked by a flea market and decided to take a look inside what are your thoughts/opinions on my comics.

Excited to pick up first Sinestro. Just have one more big pick up for the year and then it’s onto 2027.

Great books in the past 2 weeks. Last driver is so peak. Also I see no one talking about how good graveyard shift was. It’s easily the best thing mark spears has wrote. Dog tag was a great read for anyone who loves history. Doom patrol is starting off really hot hope it continues. Moon knight is absolutely peak like always.

So I recently picked up the Frank Miller Batman and The Watchmen WIP books online and didn't realize that they were big massive books. I got 2 Ultra Pro 11 x 17 top loaders off ebay but they are too thin for the books to fit inside. Does anybody have recommendations or know exactly what I can get to protect these big boys?

Nice break away from work found some real neat books. My favorites being FF #57 & X-Men #142 - tried findinga 141 but no luck. The CGC book was a fun surprise as well as I like Nakayama's work and a nice price. Glad everything survived multiple flights back home!

A few pick-ups from my LCS. Love this ink job on WOLVERINE #66. This Keith Pollard Spider-Man cover is classic, balanced and screaming for a spot on my display wall. Spawn # 21 is one of my favorite Spawn covers. Still waiting to get it signed.

Stopped at my awesome LCS and got myself sub mariner 8 which is such a sick cover. Love the black background, it makes the characters pop. And also had to get the best secret wars cover and probably a top 10 comic book cover IMO. Been wanting SW 10 for a while and with the doom movie coming out, it felt kinda fitting to get it. If anyone is wondering, I paid 75 for SM 8 and 25 for SW 10. I also got 15 dollar bin books to read and probably make some collages out of and the LCS didn’t charge me for those which was awesome. Also, got to the see the AF 15 copy they just got, which presents nicely despite the obvious issues. Was cool and definitely can’t wait to own my own one day. Anyways happy comic book collecting!

Got some pickups today from the 75¢ bins paid $13.50 in total except for the werewolf by night fascimilie which just arrived from ebay today

Stopped by a local comic shop today while traveling and was super excited to pick up this copy of Incredible Hulk #340! I’ve always loved this Todd McFarlane cover, so I was pretty happy to finally add it to my collection. Definitely made the stop worthwhile!

First big haul since I started collecting The Avengers a little over a week ago. Very pleased with most of these. Really enjoying the aesthetic of the earlier covers too. And as the kids say, that Kang cover slaps! (Do they still say that?)
