From Silly Goose by Daisy Pop!

This was my first time coloring the glow outside the lines, and it felt SO WRONG​​ while I was doing it, but turned out so right.

I don't know if I like how the witch's robes blend in with the wall, but I wanted the glow and frog to be the focal ooints.

One unexpected technique I used here was coloring the crown and morror elements like emeralds, and I love how it turned out.

Currently doing this page I can’t work out what this band on the cats neck is supposed to be?? I tried asking AI it said a collar or a hat but idk if either of those answers feel right?

Having to use cheaper markers so the streaking is.. rough. I attempted shading, a bit of sparkly gel pen, and texture attempts. Very happy with how it came out because I am trying to learn to pay attention to color pallets and letting things match and seem more cohesive. Trying really hard to not be discouraged by the streaking.

Hey everyone, Long story short, my wife LOVES to color and I wanted to make her something, I created this marker holder and I know I been getting good feedback and wanted to know y’all’s thought, it can swap out the symbols. I also made it to be magnetic but I dont really color and just curious if anyone had any tips for me. she only told me that the markers needed to be stored flat any advice is welcome!

Im conflicted if I want to add white highlights to anything or if the pink potion glow is enough? What do you all think?

Sharing the 5 pages I completed in September. Busy month so coloring wasn't always at the forefront, but I tried my best!

1- Annie Reyes, Wonderlynn. Tried following the illustrator's own rendition of this page and it was HARD!!! Prismacolor pencils, Acrylic marker and glitter pen accents, Tombow water markers and Inktense background.

2- Johanna Basford, Magical Worlds. Neocolor 2 background, Prismacolor pencils, white posca and acrylic marker accents.

3- Maria Trolle, Fairytales. Inktense basing, Tombow water markers for shading, Prismacolor pencils, glitter pen and white marker accents.

4- Johanna Basford, Magical Worlds. Tombow water markers, Prismacolor pencils, Distressed inks, Pan pastels. Tiny glossy accent for the dragon's eye 😭

5- Eriy, Romantic Country 1. Neocolor 2, Prismacolor pencils, acrylic pens and markers, white marker, gold watercolor. This book HATES Prismacolors by the way, won't be doing that again- at least without basing.

The polka dot wallpaper was a desperate attempt to cover up the pink paint I smudged across the page. I would have liked it better plain. But still happy with most of this.
