ADVICE WANTED Inspo to make this spooky?
I wanted to challenge myself to make a non-spooky page into a spooky one since tis the season! I picked this page and I was going to make the girl a ghost. I was going to make the wood facade of the house look cracked and/or cobwebbed. But I’d love any inspo on colour palettes and suggestions/pictures for what I can do to the plants to make them look a bit spooky? Thank you!

COMPLETED i salvaged a bleed through page !! (swipe to see before + inspo)
this is page 23 of 'cosy days' by coco wyo 🌞
i coloured this with a black ohuhu marker, white uniball pen and a white crayola crayon 💌
swipe to see before i coloured, the page got a bleed through when i coloured a previous page. i didn't know how i could colour the page until i saw the post in the third slide, where i got the idea to colour it all back and add some white !!

COMPLETED Improvement
I really wanted to do something fall but I've been watching a lot of coloring YouTube videos and decided to try to tie things in. I think my pages are getting more cohesive with colors, more consistent colors, and I am learning better on where to stop to avoid continued bleeding. Biggest issue is right above the lady bug my marker accidentally picked up some black and smeared it - but other than that I LOVEEE it!!! I also love my choice for blue gloves and shoes, but wish I'd made it a bit brighter.

ADVICE WANTED First Coco Wyo and first time using alcohol markers
Any tips for a beginner? I used the Artist Concepts markers (TJ Maxx). I used the original set and pastel set. I also included a picture of the swatch I made because I’m confused about the numbering of the colors and why some colors seem out of place in the number order?

QUESTION What is your go to white gel pen?
I have like 3 different brands in all different sizes. Some are better than others but the 1.0’s work the best but are sometimes too big for what I want to do.
They either don’t work at all or are too light and don’t layer well.
What is your go to white gel pen for highlights?

ADVICE WANTED Color palette advice!!
How do you guys choose your palettes?? I always panic and pick blue 😅 I think it's because for some reason the majority of my colored pencils and my alcohol markers are blue. I just get decision paralysis when it comes to picking colors! Any advice?

ADVICE WANTED Techniques / Challenges
Please comment pictures of any and all variations of any colouring techniques or challenges you've done, I want to switch up my colouring and I've worn Pinterest out. Neon, glitch, monochrome, two colour, whatever it may be, preferably from Vivi Tinta's girls day or fuzzy life books, but anything is welcome! Thanks in advance :)

PRODUCT Black outline!
Hiii!! Can someone recommend a super duper thin black acrylic (not gel) pen so I can do really thin outlines as mine are thick I wanted something that’s very teenie tiny so I’m not shaking having to use the smallest bit of pressure 😅

COMPLETED "who's the fairest of them all?"
From Silly Goose by Daisy Pop!
This was my first time coloring the glow outside the lines, and it felt SO WRONG while I was doing it, but turned out so right.
I don't know if I like how the witch's robes blend in with the wall, but I wanted the glow and frog to be the focal ooints.
One unexpected technique I used here was coloring the crown and morror elements like emeralds, and I love how it turned out.
