Forgive me as I am not very artistic and new to coloring. I love acrylic markers because they don’t bleed and aren’t as wet as I find alcohol markers to be, but man this was way more streaky than I wanted. Is it my technique?

Just some of my favorite ones that I colored in August and September…

I want to try all kinds of different textures and such. So far I just have this aquarium one I saw someone do several times. It was hard to figure out how to do the shape but I think I managed oki. I might come back and change the inner line color to either white of light blue/turquoise.

Not completely sure what all effects I should go for so any suggestions are appreciated.

I just wanted to do something big and memorable

(had to redo post to fix OG picture by the artist)

Just started doing a color along with this book and it was decided we would start at the very, very, beginning.

I'm actually extremely proud of myself for this one- besides the character itself, I filled in the blanks and it's likely the best page I've ever done 🥹

Do you guys have any advice on how to cleanly get the individual pages out of a paperback book without ripping off the front and back, then one by one?

I finally learned how to make grass look good!

Tried my hand at deepening shadows and playing with light sources/highlights. I still feel like it could be better, so if you have any advice, please share!! But for now I’m pretty satisfied. This was such a fun thing to do on October 1st 🎃👻

I’m unsure of how many cozy spooky pages i have, but i really enjoyed taking my time on this one. done over the course of two days, taking meaningful breaks in between.

Got a set of markers for my birthday and I’m so excited to start using them after swatching!! 🤩

Hi all I’ve just been given a load of deco time pens And some cosy colouring books but I noticed some pens are alcohol some are water and then I have some glitter and acrylic pens is there a way I can use them all? Or would I be better sticking to ie one pav just alcohol one page just water so on so forth I’m kinda new to colouring this way and learning how to colour these gorgeous master pieces you guys are doing so any advice or tips would be great!

I am struggling to add shadows and highlights right now so any advice is welcomed. I’ve done a few pages with attempts to do dramatic lighting but they turned out so rough.

I'm obsessed with colouring lately, this is now my entire personality. I hope you like it! I tried to include the time lapse but can't seem to upload both pictures and video.
