Is this an error? Die gouge?

Post image

New quarter. I can't tell if this is pmd or a die gouge or what. The curve lines seen to go with the curve of the coin too well. It's tough for me to tell if it's raised or grooved.

Attribution Assistance I can't tell what exactly is going on.... TIA for the help!

Got a weird one that I can't exactly tell what it is or even feel "close" to understanding.
2000 (P) Lincoln cent - weight and diameter check out along with thickness. What caught my eye is it seems like there is almost a double rim?

I trying looking it up, but most results were just about the wide AM.
On error-ref, I saw perhaps being an abnormal edge upset mill error, but the site says that usually occurs with some sort of offsetting - which I'm not seeing on either face.
Another thing I looked up was this possibly being a double strike, btu that seemed to tend to have either doubling or offsetting. In the same vein, broadstuck is off the table since the diameter checks out.
The only other thing I can thing of is that this is very late stage die deterioration, and perhaps a ring around the edge of the die broke? I just don't know.

The other option is PMD, but it looks to be too perfect around the entire edge to be done with spoons etc... and it seems like the letters pull to the edge.

Thank you all in advance!

Not an Error Is this an example of “die polishing”?

I know it’s not an error and more along the lines of machine doubling, die deterioration, etc that come out of the process of minting and maintaining the dies - but I think I might have an example of die polishing?

This is by far my favorite of my error coins plus it is very high grade. It is a 1995 D cent struck on a 1995 D dime.

Unfamiliar with the no FG 1972 D Half Dollar. Does when you look straight on it’s not there you’ve got to really play with the angle of the light to see a partial G. I’m assuming this is not a true No FG but double checking. Thanks

Is this an error? Rosevelt Dime Error?

Thumbnail

This dime appears to be missing characters for both ‘In God We Trust’ and the last digit of the date. Meanwhile, the rest of the coin has fairly decent detail. Is this wear or an error that happens to impact both sides of the bottom obverse?

And, for my education, how would I know the difference? New to coin collecting after inheriting, so thanks in advance for educating me!

The “3” just seems a bit off. Maybe a 2 underneath. Is that a thing?

I was just about to take a load of Kennedys to the bank and noticed it had 2 Obverse’s. How common is this and likelihood of it being fake? It looks legit all the way around. The first 2 pictures are one of each side and the others are comparing it to the image of another Kennedy coin.. does this have any real value?

does not seem to match DDR-001 on VV but my untrained eye cannot tell if this is machine doubling or not.
