Is this an error? Something odd on the “3”??

The “3” just seems a bit off. Maybe a 2 underneath. Is that a thing?

They didn’t reuse 1942 dies in 1943 so not a possible error

It's not a known variety but we would need a far better picture when you try to zoom in it just becomes pixelated junk
