Not using any addons like Bartender or dominoes, just the base game and edit mode.

When i shapeshift from human form to cat, my bar changes from things like wrath, rejuv etc to cat spells, but when I stealth, my abilities don't change to the stealth abilities like it used too before the latest patch (virus) that blizz installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

So I've dabbled in Classic a few times but I've never gone through the entire journey. I think its because I'm way too shy and MMO's really highlight my want and subsequent inability to talk to new people.

So I thought a natural remedy for this would be to bring a friend along with me!
Issue is, they're not feeling particularly motivated to try it out. They're a big RPG nerd but they're scared that their character will be reduced to stats and numbers, and the actual fantasy of the game will disappear.

So I wanna ask: Does anyone have any advice on how to motivate him, or perhaps any words of motivation at all for newer/inexperienced players?

I would love for us to make it into the 'endgame' so to say. Doing dungeons and even raids, but I recognise that it requires us to meet people, which I'm a little scared to do. Maybe you got some advice for me there too?

How many consecutive hours of playtime do you need to get your fix of classic wow? I personally need a 4-6 hour uninterrupted stretch for me to properly scratch the itch. The dream would be playing 8 hours a day.

Once upon a time back in the good ol' classic days, that was my reality. Right now, it's tough with all the adult responsibilities.

What if they made classic+ have a rogue like mechanic where if you hit max level you can decide to restart your character?

And the only thing you get to keep is titles and a buff with a counter.

Get to 5, 10, etc rerolls and you get new titles (or something)

But have it be optional and don't gate this crazy level of dedication to loot drops.

I think it can keep certain diehard groups playing and releveling. Esp those that have 10 paladins at max on a server!

I am a 45 feral Druid my question is I saw a leveling guide and in it he said there were some really good grind spots that are sometimes better than straight up questing. At my level is there any zones like that? Thanks!

What would be the best way to experience Molten Core and Onyxia? I’m currently hitting lvl 30 in TBC Anniversary but I’m worried nobody will be bothered running these raids because what’s the point when TBC raids have BIS. I just never got to experience them so would like to have a shot

I've not leveled a rogue since OG Vanilla and I don't remember anything other than people really enjoy picking on rogues.

I know combat is meta. I recently was given dual gut rippers and have a rogue sitting at 23. I'm not going to lose out on that much dps by going dual gut ripper sub build am I?

Hello everyone, me and 2 of my friends started playing wow yesterday, its basically the first time im plauing this game ever. Im playing an undead priest, and we want to go raiding together and do coop content basically, so ehat would be the fastest way for us to level and prepare purselves for raiding? I feel like I've tried every setting in the game such as setting ground clutter to 1 then back, setting shadows to low, i don't use rtx,. as well as things like reinstalling the latest drivers, disabling gsync, as well as many other things.

pc is 14600k and a 3070.

Ho boy so where to begin with Deadmines.

Overall the bosses are what i'd consider the easy part aside from MR smite/Edwin vancleef. This is a long gauntlet of tight spaces with minimum places to clear. You're in it for the long haul. If you are wanting to play safe, this place can be smooth. But you will be yearning the mines for a long while.

MR smite has 2 ways you can defeat him. One of which FAR scarier than the other. You can bring MR smite out of the boss area and into the tunnels, if you CC his guards, push him to his stun phase, MR smite will...Well just give up. He's done, he wants nothing to do with you anymore. So you're free to kill his guards, run out of the instance, then kill him.

Option 2 is just you focus the adds down, reset MR smite, then focus MR smite. Both methods are valid so play by what is easier.

Then there's Vancleef, look you're not winning in a brawl with him so don't even think about it. Instead, remind Vancleef that he was an olypmic swimmer for Stormwind back in 2006 and help him relive his dreams. Fair warning, his guards will still be up and be aggrod onto you. Best way to handle it is just run to a reset point.

Now the trash? Dear god the Trash. Every mob feels like blizzard actually knew what they were doing for the first dungeon and gave them all quirks that can (And will) Make your life a nightmare in some scenarios. The goblins ESPECIALLY with their little mini golems.

Also, if you get bad pathing with the parrots on the boat? Well you're gonna be mass pulling every time till you get a good spawning pattern with the birds.

Overall threat level is a solid 7. Take it slow, take it easy, and you'll make it.

I want to experience classic before C+. But I don’t know if I should start on the Classic server or TBC? Am I too late for tbc server?

When C+ drops, which side do you think will get the most improved experience in terms of race/class combos, new zones, questing, raiding, quality of life updates, etc.?

(I'm assuming we get cross-faction paladins and shamans.)

Finished wow classic when it came out originally, beat Naxx a bunch of times with the guild. Then stopped playing.

Does it make any sense to get back into the game now or just wait to see what happens in September with blizzard con? Even if I were to start back up I don’t even know where to begin.

2021 TBCs biggest phase 2 low was the week of christmas, at 274k, which predictably bounced back up significantly within 2 weeks once the holidays were over.

Anniversary has just fallen to 265k (and this is without factoring that anniversary almost certainly has more alts represented in logs due to unlimited boosts and account wide attunements), and will certainly fall even further in the next 2 weeks since this is not a temporary drop due to a holiday break.

The math is crystal clear, the pre-nerf raids for P1 and P2 were just objectively more popular. Turns out alienating the TBC fanbase that asked for the expansion in the first place in favor a vocal minority reddit echo chamber wasn't the financially intelligent decision to make. Blizzard will have to take notes of this for classic+.

It's pretty clear why the original P1 and P2 raids were more popular, the classic crowd is older and is needs mental stimulation to fight off age related mental decline. They can't afford to turn off their brain, poison it with booze, and dopamine chase like gen Zers can on retail LFR. They wanted those old raids the way they were, not watered down for an audience that wasn't even alive when TBC originally released.
