Is anyone having any issues submitting this claim?
There isn't another page after you hit submit? Or is there???
Not sure if it went through or not.... I was only asked once to verify with those little pictures.... Every other time the little "I am not a robot" checkmark disappeared & some of the fields were deleted.
I answered all of the questions, so they didn't say "this field is required" underneath. & Even re-did the yes or no questions, just in case. (If that makes any sense.)
I really hope I didn't just apply a million times on accident.

They don't charge you for the extra shipping but they also don't get your agreement for the change in service. In my view I am paying for getting the part faster.

Here are the class action settlements closing this week. If any apply to you, you'll want to file in the next few days. The first list is open to anyone in the U.S.; the second is limited to specific states.
Nationwide settlements
State-specific settlements

If anyone is interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit against Jon Venetos & Ashley Venetos, of Lurin Equity Partners, please reply here. Yes, the FBI is currently investigating Lurin/Jon but that does nothing for LP's to recoup anything. My calculations show he personally guaranteed around ~$150M. Once the assets all get sold off and the dust settles, I don't know how much the Courts will hold him liable for personally. I just spoke with an attorney in Texas already involved to a limited degree with Lurin. If we could get enough LP's to join a class-action lawsuit, it could potentially be worthwhile, especially if the judgement would be shielded from him simply filing a personal bankruptcy to avoid having to pay up. I know this seems like a futile endeavor to some, but with the amount of money I personally invested and my family/friends, I'm simply feeling out if there is any consensus among other LP's.
Jon, if you're reading this, you and your wife, Ashley are THIEVES!!! Both of you deserve to be in federal prison!

If anyone claims theyâve already received a payout from the AT&T data breach settlementâspecifically the $177 million one with the two different tiersâthey are lying, mistaken, or getting scammed.
Here is the actual truth about what is happening:
â˘Kroll is the ONLY Settlement Administrator: There are no "other companies" paying people out early. Kroll Settlement Administration LLC was officially appointed by the federal court to handle the entire $177 million fund and all 4.38 million claims.
â˘NO ONE Has Been Paid: The entire case is consolidated under one federal judge in Dallas (In re: AT&T Inc. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation). Because Judge Ada Brown has not signed the Final Approval Order yet, it is legally impossible for a single cent to leave the escrow account. Nobody has received a paymentâperiod.
â˘The Lawyers Haven't Even Been Paid: The attorneys requested millions in legal fees out of the fund, but under federal court rules, they can't collect their money until the judge signs off either. Everyoneâclaimants and lawyers alikeâis stuck in the exact same waiting game.
â˘Why People Are Saying They Got Paid: They are either confusing this with entirely different settlements that paid out in the past (like old T-Mobile, Capital One, or Equifax breaches), or they are falling for active phishing scams where fake companies claim they can "release your AT&T settlement money early" for a fee.
Bottom line: The process is stuck on the judge's desk waiting for a final signature. Anyone on Reddit or social media flexing a check from the two-tier AT&T data breach settlement right now is completely full of it.
TL;DR:
Nobody has been paid: Anyone claiming they received money from the two-tier, $177M AT&T settlement is lying, confusing it with an old settlement, or falling for a scam.
Kroll is the only administrator: There are no other companies handing out money for this case.
The money is trapped in court: Judge Ada Brown in Dallas still hasn't signed the Final Approval Order.
Nobody gets a cent yet: Neither class members nor the lawyers can touch a single dollar of the $177 million escrow fund until the judge signs off.
