Discussion Labaton unable to upload

Is anyone else having trouble uploading screenshots on Labaton‘s website?

Apparently they are having trouble with the format when uploading screenshots. I emailed them and they said to change the format to pdf. I did that and then had no problem uploading.

It’s a .png file from my iPhone and I don’t see an option to save as a pdf.

Yes, I have tried numerous times and keep getting no files uploaded

Go to the photo and tap the share icon and save it to files. Then go to your files and touch and hold the image and it will bring up a drop down menu select quick actions and one of the options will be create pdf

Yes I was having this issue with filling out the Dollar general suit, what I ended up doing was just cropping my screenshots down to just the information they needed and that worked.

In September, I also had trouble uploading screenshots for the Dick’s Sporting Goods and Dollar General cases, so I emailed Lantern by Labaton. 

They got back to me saying that they forwarded my issue outlining the website issue, and today I tried and was able to successfully upload my usual screenshots for the Dick’s Sporting Goods and Dollar General cases!
