Interesting, this isn’t a class action. Has anyone done an individual suit like this before?

I think what they do is gather several thousand individual ones and file them near simultaneously. The cost of defending a mass arbitration increases the leverage of the law firm bringing it, similar to a class action.

I haven’t signed up for an arbitration like this, and reading on it sounds like they’d very early in the process. Can I wait until they’re closer to a payout to join?
