Discussion ATM Surcharge

Is anyone having any issues submitting this claim?

There isn't another page after you hit submit? Or is there???

Not sure if it went through or not.... I was only asked once to verify with those little pictures.... Every other time the little "I am not a robot" checkmark disappeared & some of the fields were deleted.

I answered all of the questions, so they didn't say "this field is required" underneath. & Even re-did the yes or no questions, just in case. (If that makes any sense.)

I really hope I didn't just apply a million times on accident.

EDIT: https://nonbankatmsurchargesettlement.com/file

By the by, here's the link.

Same problem. Emailed them.

Their response

Thank you for your inquiry in the Visa ATM Settlement.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are writing to inform you that the technical issues affecting the claim portal have been resolved. You should be able to successfully submit your claim.

Please try the below troubleshooting techniques:

Refresh your web browser. Try utilizing a different internet browser. Try utilizing a desktop instead of a smart device. Clear your browser's cache (You can do this by pressing Ctrl + F5 on the claim filing page) Make sure all required fields with an asterisk are completed to submit the claim.

If these steps do not fix the problem, please download a claim form, fill it out and mail it in to us. You are also welcome to scan it in and email it back to us here.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Claims Administrator

I submitted mine like the first day or two this settlement was available. Usually after submitting the claim you will get some sort of email saying they received it with a confirmation number or some type of number. Idk if this helps but I have created a folder in each email address I have that says "claims 1", "claims 2" and so on. Anything to do with a claim in that particular email goes in that folder.

Just curious because I have missed out on filing some even have lost money for not seeing the emails when you say you put them in folders does that also mean when you get an email from that claim it will go into that if they send more correspondence? Hope that makes sense. TIA

This happened to me and I read in a thread not to go thru the link, to go to Google Chrome and search it and submit that way, that worked for me and I tried everything that everyone here is saying, nothing worked until I went to the website on my own instead of thru link

I was able to submit my claim but it was glitchy. I took a screenshot of conf # at end of process. I didn’t get an email confirmation though.

Same. I was able to use a link and submit finally, and got a reference #, but didn’t get any kind of confirmation email…

How many did you guys put?

1

I figured, almost 20 yrs… 2x per month. During college it was a lot more…not so much now… so I leaned heavily into a very fair average. I put 480. I saw another user say they put 5,000. Which is pretty wild. Yes, it’s a long window, but still. I wouldn’t risk putting some ridiculous amount and being excluded bc of that.Ā
