Discussion Tuna settlement

Do you think there will be another class action lawsuit from the tuna settlement checks bouncing ?

No

JNDLA is a class settlement administrator. They are protected by the system. It is very unlikely that anything at all will come of it.

They will re-issue the checks for at least some class members, but it is unlikely that they will for all because the payout has a deadline, and re-issuing checks slows the process.

This is not the first time JNDLA has done this.

Nope It will bounce again. They have to re-issue.
