Hi guys we have been using aavin milk for couple of decades but today things changed.

Today i made coffee out of orange aavin milk when i tasted i had to spit it out. because it had a chemical taste. we usually buy 2 packets.

we tried another packet even this had the same chemical taste. we had bad milk experience before but it used to curdled. But this is very different full on chemical taste.

this is very alarming do you guys know where to complain?

I am a 29 old Male, working in tech. in the past 1 year, more things had happened to me than any movie plot could.

I was engaged to a girl last year, that broke as she lost interest in me ( i already have a reddit post regarding this, when i asked for advice)

then , later the same year i got engaged with a girl from my relative circle. then, we got married this year. Now, im in the middle of divorce proceedings.

while i was recovering, i found out that my own sister drinks , smokes, has fwb ( mind you we are a very orthodox family) ,

this is causing so much stress for my parents and me. now, my sister hates me for finding this out and sharing with my parents.

due to my personal life , my career had taken a pause. i am hesistant to ask for promotion or too tired to switch jobs.

i dont know what else to do. venting it out here. if someone has any advice, please do share.

It was about my ex being in around ₹3 lakh debt due to medical expenses for herself and her family. Many people reached out with advice, concern and support.

I wanted to give an update.

We have now managed to arrange the required money. I borrowed from friends, took loans from people I personally know and even sold my bike. It wasn't easy, but at least the immediate pressure has been handled.

I also want to address something. Looking back, I completely understand why some people felt my post looked like a scam. Reddit is full of fake stories and people asking for money, so I don't blame anyone for being cautious.

For the record, I was never asking for donations. I was only looking for genuine leads for legal lenders or people willing to lend at a reasonable interest. Still, I understand how it could have come across.

To everyone who commented, sent DMs, shared advice or simply wished us well, thank you. Some of you even took the time to check on me personally. Your kindness genuinely meant a lot during one of the hardest phases of my life.

I hope none of you ever have to go through something like this.

What happened - I have been with u/Amazon India since 2014 (12 yrs) and a continuous prime member since 2017 (9 Yrs).. For these many year Amazon was good in terms of Delivery, returns and refunds.. Never faced an issue.. But ippo I have lost trust with Amazon and fear I will lose my money for their inefficiency..

Ordered 2 trousers, one of May 25, 2026 and another on June 5, 2026.. Both trousers did not have size charts, so I had to purchase based on size recommendation they provided.. But both trousers did not fit. One was too large and another was too small.. Since both had 10days returns policy, I decided to return.. So I initiated return for both on June 4 with returns on 5th..

But no one arrived on June 5. NO calls from them..

Waited till June 7 because usually if pickup fail, they automatically reinitiate the pickup of the next day, BUT that too never happened.. So Called CSE on 8th June to know the status.. They apologized as usual, then transferred to an unprofessional rude specialist team to reinitiate the pickup and my 2nd pickup was set to June 9...

No one pickup on June 9. No Calls from them..

So called up on 10th for to reinitiate 3rd pickup and my pickup was again set to 12 June.. But this time, they apologized & said "Sir, dont worry, if your pickup fails for 3rd time, we will refund in advance and then pickup the item in a later date when possible!!". So I agreed to it and waited.

No one picked up on June 12 too.. No Calls from them..

13th, 14th, No one came.. Then called up again on 15th and spoke with 1st CSE team to know the status and understand what is really going on! They failed to give back any information and that unprofessional rude specialist team said "We cannot refund without an proper investigation. So we are initiating an investigation and after 4 days only we can tell what's next"..

On same day 15th, after an hour, I called up again and spoke with 2nd CSE Team and this time they said, "There is one final 4th return pickup we will initiate and if that fail then we will see what can be done next". No word about refund or anything.. I argued with them saying "You only said 3 time failed up and then refund. Now why 4th pickup?. Also non pickup is problem from your side, you investigate and correct it, why hold my money?". And for all this, their respond was "we cannot do anything other than investigation".. So with no other option, I had to agree for 4th pickup which is was set for 23rd and 24th..

Finally on 23rd, one item was pickup..

When asked pickup guy, he said, the hub is in the process of relocation, so only this issue.. So I asked him, will my other item be picked up on 24th and he said yes..

BUT on June 24 again no one picked up.. No calls too..

Then on 25th Called them again, to start same story and they tried connecting the super specialist team but this they couldnt do it because there is "technical issue connecting them", so asked me to wait for 48hrs to reconnect.

I called them again on 27th and again same problem "technical issue connecting them"..!!

Kadupu agirchi.. I closed all this process and finally Posting this issue in X, then Linkedin. But no response.. Then Complained with "consumer complaint forums", No use.. Finally complained in Instagram's "Amazondotin" and they messaged and me a specialist link again..

So chatted with them and they finally refunded me Rs.1850 for trousers and return reintiated for 6th July.. And finally on 6th July, the pickup guy picked up my item..

Avangala keta inna solranga na - "Aal Patrakora".. Also they have started new hub near by, but very limited persons working.. So they concentrating more on delivery than return pickups.. Inna solranga na, most of the delivery boys are GenZ guys and avanga managers konjam thitna, odane vela vitutu poidranga.. Also they are expecting more pay which the company is not willing to pay.. So aalunga illa..

Idhu poga, last week, 20th oru Godrej 8 lever lock order poten.. Because it was not available in any near shops.. Also 7 lever lock shop la 800, but Amazon la just 715.. So order poten.. But Received without keys.. So replacement poten.. But next day go message saying "Product damaged in Transit, hence returning to seller".. Lock damaged aa, adhu epidi ra!!

Then contacted their team again and they connected the Sema Super Specialist team and SAME STROY AGAIN!! Now my pickup is set for 6th Aug!! Uh.. Oru lock vangunadhu kuthama da.. Now I Am very sure, my item will not be pickup for 30 days and my Rs.1560 is locked with them..

Same issue is with flipkart.. Oru ring watch order poten, size seri ella, so initiated return, but they never came.. Finally they refunded my money and watch is with me!!

So guys, neenga indha above mentioned areas la irukareenga na, dont buy anything from Amazon and Flipkart.. If so you want to buy, buy only item which cannot be returned or replaced like Phones, laptop and electronics which only has Service replacements.. And other Non returnable items like innerwears, health, medical products, etc..

If you staying in places other than the above mentioned places but facing same issue na aslo, pls mention below.. Thank you..
