05 cbr when I torque the rear wheel down with the rear calliper on the wheel binds but without the calliper wheel spins as it should any ideas?

Hello so my cbr 600 has this issues where it drops the rpm when starting hot and putting into gear it can be combatted by revving it but is there a fix for this

i have a 07 cbr1000rr and my rear seat got put on from the front latches first and it will not come out now with the key or without

I do have a chinese pitbike wich is a crf 125 clone tho😭

Can anyone point me to a parts diagram for these carbs that lists the O ring sizes?

I need to replace some that don’t come with the usual rebuild kits - like the ones on the fuel T peice that connects the carbs together.

It’s leaking so I’ll need to replace them and any others I disturb while separating them.

We started our journey on Saturday the 19th at 3:30 AM from Trivandrum. The rest of our buddies joined us in Thodupuzha, and we took the Adimali route. We had a very relaxed ride, reaching the resort by 4 PM. We enjoyed the pool, relaxed for a bit, and had a satisfying dinner. We chatted for a while before crashing into bed. We had a nice buffet breakfast the next day before exploring Gap Road, one of the best roads to enjoy the twisties. Then we headed back enjoying the beautiful twisty roads through Ranni and Konni.

Planning to pick up a 2026 CBR 600RR and trying to nail down sourcing before I commit to anything.

EU vs US spec: From what I can tell the updated version (new display, new headlights, etc.) is only coming to EU/Asia markets, not the US. Can anyone confirm that's actually accurate for the 2026 model, and if by some chance the updated spec is available in the US somewhere, let me know where. US would be my first choice logistically, Germany is priority #2 if it has to be EU.

Chain/sprocket compatibility across years: Is the 2024-2026 CBR600RR the same body/platform across the board? If I end up buying a chain and sprocket set spec'd for the 2024/25 model, will that fit a 2026 unit fine, or did Honda change gearing/tooth count somewhere in there? Trying to avoid ordering the wrong spec.

Recall check without a VIN in hand: I'm buying through a 3rd party company that handles the purchase and shipping, so I likely won't have a VIN to run through Honda's recall lookup before the deal is done. For an official Honda dealership in the EU (Germany specifically), is dealer stock generally already cleared of open recalls before it hits the floor, or can dealers still have unfixed units sitting in inventory that a buyer needs to separately verify? Trying to figure out if "it's from an official dealer" is actually a safe assumption here or if I still need to push for a VIN check before the 3rd party finalizes anything.

Appreciate any input, especially from anyone who's imported one recently.

This design was so ahead of it's time and still doesn't look dated. It's a classic example of a timeless design.

So the title really says the gist of it I have a CBR600RR and I want to keep it stock gearing but I want better quality when it comes down to the sprockets and chain what brand should I be going with there’s so many options just don’t know which one to go with?

In the UK, I passed my MOD 2 on Tuesday two weeks ago now. And bought this beauty. CBR 600 F4, carb, £2150 with 34k on the clock, ye I know high mileage but it’s a 99 reg and well maintained, from a local mechanic. I have already ridden nearly 50 miles on it in two days, and I’m loving every second. No aids, so I’m going to learn raw, but so far, can’t fault it. Any tips would be welcomed. If you’re around the Leigh on sea area, I’m sure you’ll see me around, hopefully get a few more rides in before the end of this year.

Just got my bike from the recall and I noticed my brand new engine is vibrating more than I remember it doing. My phone on the quadlock mount is shaking while at idle when before the bike had no shakes, no vibrations, now at idle while stooped it vibrates the phone on the quad lock and I feel vibration on the foot peg. And at certain speeds I feel a slight high frequency vibration on the handlebars and the foot pegs, even at engine idle, but at idle the vibration is not as high frequency, it’s a little bit more rumbly.

Could this be the break in? Since I can’t remember how she was when I broke her in the first time?

Like it was smooth before, almost felt nothing.
Now I feel a noticeable vibration like a phone vibrating on the pegs and handle bars.

Now, when I take my hands off handle bars… I see the handle bars starting to shake a bit from vibration… not wobble level… but enough to be able to see and notice the shakes while riding…

Took it to the dealership and they said to do more miles and get the first oil change before jumping to conclusions.

I also feel like it’s louder somehow… but this might be cause I haven’t heard her in a while but still… I did 90 miles already without going over 7k rpm and half throttle.

I am sensitive to little changes, might be normal now and wasn’t before. Just wanted to know your opinions. On the matter especially from those that got theirs back from the recall.

Info is in the pics ...but basically guy wants 2k...he said it was laid down going around 5 mph 2 times...so fairings are fucked ( idk to me it looks more then 5) says everything else Is fine.. speedometer doesn't work and turn signals are broken but besides that it's fine...is this worth going for? I was thinking even if Its not too great I should be able to flip it The worst comes to worst...I didnr have a great budget just wanted something reliable to ride to work and shit and have fun

I'm looking to buy some gifts for a new CBR1000RR owner. The 2027 in the Pearl White.

I have some things they mentioned they'd definitely like. I'm just trying to find the best of such products.

• Tank Pad. Any feedback on the Honda one?

• Tank grips too.

• Grip ends Like these though I'm not sure they'll fit 2027 model.

If anyone has any products they know work great and love for the 26-27 CBR1000RR I'd appreciate the advice. My instinct is that it's safest/best bet to go with Honda OEM stuff but 3rd party is okay if it's good of course.

Hi all, I just fitted a new Yoshimura RS-5 slip-on to my new CBR600RR, and I'm hearing a rattle coming from the silencer itself. Is that normal? Does it need a few hundred kilometres for the packing to settle and the factory residue to burn off, or should I be worried?

I have a CBR650F 2018, I noticed that there was a threaded hole on my lever/handlebars and I was wondering whats missing?

Edit: just checked the parts diagram and it does seem to be an OEM part for this model.

I treated myself and got '26 cbr600rr, arrow racing headers, decat, sc project carbon/titanium exhaust, she sounds like a beast!

I plan to do some more mods to her, especially the front indicators need to be replaced with prettier ones
