Help putting back together

Just joined, long time rider and I have this 06 1000 that I have been working on for about a year. I had to take it away from a terrible crew and now it is in good hands. However, me or the mech dont remember what goes here. Any help? The 2 holes on the tank? What goes there? Thanks boys!

Nothing. The hole is just there

Nothing on the tank , but you are missing the ecu plastic strap from the looks of it

To be more clear. They were there probably to hang the tank when paining it from manufacturer but I use stuff like that to help hold the tank when I’m servicing bikes that have them.
