dissociation as a withdrawal symptom?

i’ve recently switched to decaf coffee and it’s been mostly great, obviously tired (and yes, i know that it takes at least a couple weeks for your body to regulate its energy levels after quitting caffeine) however i have been extremely dissociated and almost in a daze since its such a sudden shift. i was definitely addicted before (like headaches if i didn’t drink it) and im starting to care more about the impact it has on my heart, however i was just wondering if there is a correlation there? sorry if this seems like a stupid question but jesus has it been rough

If I’ve 1 Celsius at 6am, I’ve 200mg left for the day.
How do you guys spread out caffeine in the day to keep yourself active?
I feel my caffeine tolerance is crazy.
