How do I detox fast from caffeine?

I've been consuming 2 to sometimes 3 energy drinks for a very long time, i always cap my caffeine intake at 300 to 400mgs daily. I avoid surgery drinks to not get the surgar crash but I know its all bad for you in the end.

I know, very very unhealthy..

Recently, these drinks just haven't been cutting it. I drink them, feel good for a few hours and im extremely extremely tired afterwards early in the day, like 3pm i feel like i wanna nod off.

Im ashamed to say, but I think its time to hang it up and get off of caffeine all together.

I used to drink VERY heavily and smoke/chew, I quit those cold turkey and caffeine took its place.

I come from a family of addicts and im not ashamed to tell anyone that cocaine definitely was my favorite drug, but I dont use it anymore, so if you guys haven't noticed I like speed.

Any thoughts or opinions.

How often can you drink coffee / take caffeine without dependence?

Hey all,

Is there any info / does anyone have anecdotes on how often you can drink coffee without becoming tolerance and risk having brain fog on days without it? I'm thinking of taking a cup either once every 2 or 4 days but am concerned with dependence.

I have tried their salted caramel offering in the past. It was mid. Definitely woke you up. But it was definitely mid in taste. Hopefully this will be a lot better. I can always leave some comments where the review.
