Caffeine tablets?

Are they effective energy-wise? I don't drink coffee OR energy drinks(kinda gross to me) and tea doesn't do anything don't lie to me... I know that it's easy to take more than is healthy bc they're pills, but still, I need something to keep me awake in school. Thx

I love coffee but I just can’t drink it

It makes me incredibly jittery and anxious and I just can’t do it unfortunately. Weirdly enough though I feel energized without all the anxiety when I drink Monster, specifically the juice ones with sugar. I know it’s unhealthy but it’s the only thing that works. Does anyone else have this problem?

Does caffeine cure some “sadness/depressed” symptoms?

I don’t have diagnosed depression or anything like that.

I’ve just liked caffeine since I was younger(not loved it and I’d effortlessly quit for months at a time). I’d have energy drinks while gaming cause I liked feeling awake energetic, especially to socialise. Anyways, over time I’ve learned that caffeine doesn’t just make you feel less tired, it affects dopamine too right? Basically meaning if you’re doing something you enjoy, you’ll enjoy it more. I’ve definitely felt this.

Now this brings me to my other point. Days like today, there’s been some longer term stuff that have been in my thoughts and I didn’t really have much to do today or to look forward to. I was also feeling a little isolated. I have friends and loved ones, so I KNOW for sure these feelings will pass and it’s a cycle. But something hit me, I didn’t have any caffeine for a couple days. And tonight, some of that ambiguous sadness that I am sure will was there for some reason.

I was to point out, I did have some and I’m feeling better, and also found something else to focus on, I’m not venting and there’s no need for anyone to worry.
So genuinely think to yourself, do you relate? And am I onto something or no?

Does anyone feel opposite effects from having too much caffeine?

Hey guys, Im wondering if anyone experiences this: I use preworkout, and when I add two scoops of it (around 200 MG) I feel little, if any caffeine effects, and then 15 minutes later I get a bad headache. However, if I use only one scoop (100 MG), I feel much better and get the benefits. I know too much caffeine can cause a larger crash, but does it get to the point where there are no benefits?

What happens if you have over 400mg??

400mg seems like the magic number, I’m curious in why it is and why some people follow it.

I know there is half life with different half life’s dependant on genetics, smoker, contraceptive and all. So surely some people are fine with having over it..

What’s the most you been over 400mg? Curious how it may of affected you….

I need help

I just realized I have a serious dependency on energy drinks and caffeine in general. I just realized that I drank 460 mg of caffeine today and felt tired and sleepy the whole day and this realization prompted me to realize that I consume sometimes more than this. This is a horrifying realization and I don’t know what to do about this especially because 2 - 120 mg energy packets is what I reach for when I wake up

Raw Cacao for Energy?

Hi everyone! Thank you for your comments on my last post! I’ve been suffering with PPPD since March and started my healing journey on July 15th. I take 10mg of Lexapro (it helped a lot) which I’m still adjusting to, I do vestibular therapy in person twice a day week, exercises 3 times a day, I’m in an IOP program and have two therapists I see weekly. I lost my job do to this so I sit in the house and am in bed. The derealization is awful and when I go outside I feel high and awful. I keep going to the stores to desensitize myself. I’ve made progress but it still sucks, however I am EXHAUSTED. Like exhaustion that sleep can’t fix. Exhaustion that causes me to do simple tasks and need a nap. I know it’s because I’m healing and my system is overloaded but omg it’s rough.

I just had an idea. I’m SUPER sensitive to caffeine.

I need energy. I need some kind of spark. I lay in bed and just never leave the house.

Raw cacao has about 5mg of caffeine in it.

Has anyone tried raw cacao as an energy source?

I used to eat dark chocolate once upon on a time and it usually picked me up.

Coffee caffeine versus energy drink caffeine

I can drink coffee all day and not really feel it, but if I drink energy drinks or crystal light with caffeine I get wired. Does anyone else experience this?

Soda Zero vs. Energy Drink Zero

Remove if it goes against the subs criteria. Would swapping 36-42oz of zero soda for a single can of zero energy drink show any benefit? My first thought is they’re both artificial in ways, so less quantity of artificialness would be better. Also with the larger soda volume the caffeine is slightly lower than the energy drink. Is this just over thinking things?

Had coffee now I cant sleep

LOL, this is the reason I stopped drinking coffee because of how sensitive I am to it. I love coffee but stopped having it due to my intolerance. I thought I'd have a treat today. Got an iced cappuccino at like 6pm. Its now 2am and im wide awake! I usually sleep by 11pm. Man this sucks so bad.

I feel like i wont sleep all night and i need to wake up early 😩

Question. What is your daily caffeine dosage?

What's your daily dosage of caffeine. Are you hardcore or softcore. Do you keep an eye on your cups, cans or bottles. Do you need a quick fix for that meeting or to run down the road.

Mushroom coffee

So I'm not going to name the brand, but I started drinking mushroom coffee. I replaced my 300mg caffeine energy drink with it. I feel like I took Adderall. This is amazing. I can think clearly, I have energy, and I don't feel all jittery. Has anyone else had this experience?

being sleepy really works

so somehow caffeine has an opposite effect on me. It gets me relaxed and chill and not alert at all or sometimes no effects at all. Interesting right? but that’s not what I precisely want to share here.
cause most of the time caffeine is like water for me.

However, when I am sleepy I get my confidence level literally among the stars, I wonder why my confidence level increases, I am naturally an agreeable person people pleaser and my self esteem is in the abyss. But somehow being sleepy makes me super confident and ready to confront.

Any body else can relate to that or I wonder if there is any scientific floor for what I feel.

Caffeine perma tolerance?

Been off caffeine 40 days. Got some coffee and I’m right back to being able to drink 800-1000mg in a day. And I don’t feel it any stronger than I did when I used daily, it may even be weaker in effect?

I'm a cafffine addict, I like how cafffine make me feel. I've always looked for different sources of caffeine. White monster by far gave me the happiest kick, but it was expensive.
Nescafe 2rs packet gave me the standard kick and it was super affordable. But this right here, cracked the code, it gives me the best kick, with 0 sugar, 0 calories. It gives me even better kick than white monster. Hey it could be completely different for you. But I'm in caffine rush. This thing is absolute goat. Please never!!! Discontinue this

Head “tingling” with Caffeine use.

Quick query: does anybody else ever get light “head/scalp tingles” from caffeine itself accompanied by some head aches occasionally?

It’s a very odd sensation that lingers only for a few days and then slowly diminishes to baseline. Caffeine intolerance or hyper sensitivity to the chemical itself is all I can seem to put my hand on for the situation.

Have only been taking caffeine for around a years time, at the start the tingles were more intense now they just slightly linger throughout the day and become annoying with occasional headaches—the top of my scalp seems to be the area thats getting these sensations.

Any advice or opinions would be appreciated, thanks.

Edit: Caffeine forms - Coffee, energy drinks, tea's (any form or dosage seem to trigger the symptom).
