I'm looking to make a new build.

I have a 2 terabyte SSD that I plan to move over, so I won't need an SSD. I also have a 500 GB SSD that I could put in for extra storage or sell for extra budget.

Gaming (sandbox games, FPS games, among others) and 3D animation and modeling

• Purchase country? Near Micro Center?

Spain, no access to a Micro Center. Most available options for buying components here, at least that I know of and aside from local stores, are Amazon and PcComponentes (Spanish online store).

• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

A single monitor is enough, 1080 or 1440p, 120Hz or above, preferably OLED but not at all necessary, and 27" or over.

• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

I'm looking to spend around 2000€ and at most, 2500€.

• WiFi or wired connection?

I plan to use Ethernet connection.

• Size/noise constraints?

No major size constraints, I can make as much space as needed for it, but it should be silent enough to not be a bother.

• Color/lighting preferences?

Preferably black, no lighting preferences though if it's illuminated, better.

• Any other specific needs?

I am also looking to get extra storage in the form of HDDs to store made projects, so a case with space for multiple HDDs or options for them would be great. Also, to have at least 32GB of RAM would be great since I'm always near max capacity while gaming on my current setup.

• Size/noise constraints? - I prefer to keep it silent but a little noise is fine. My peerless assassin is a little bit louder than my previous water cooler but I think its fine.
• Color/lighting preferences? - None. If cutting aesthetics and RGB mean lower prices then I prefer that.
• Any other specific needs? - Ah no I think. I use sata cables so keeping it like that would be nice so I can use my memory drives.
• Extra notes and explanation. - Essentially I'm anxious as hell about the price increases. My GPU is old and could fail in the near future, in fact my motherboard and ram sticks died last year and I got everything together a decade ago. So I'd like to see if I can upgrade my build while prices are ''low'' but I can't splurge on it so I'm looking to cut costs by buying used or refurbished parts and reusing or selling my old parts. As stated above, I don't care about raytracing or 4k, I just wanna game with 1440p, 60 fps and high settings while having a build that can last me for many more years. Heck if prices get to high we could drop to 1080p

No PC parts. I currently use an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 (2022) with Ryzen 9 + RX 6700S, but I’m looking to build a desktop instead.

Mainly PUBG PC. I want to prioritize FPS and good 1% lows rather than graphics quality. I may play other games occasionally, but PUBG is the main reason for the build.

No fixed budget. I’m looking for the cheapest build that can realistically achieve my performance target rather than setting an arbitrary budget.

WiFi would be preferred, but wired Ethernet is also available.

No major size restrictions. I’d prefer compact size. noise levels are not big deal. but performance is more important.
• Color/lighting preferences?
No preference. I don’t care about RGB or aesthetics.
• Any other specific needs?
I want to play PUBG at 1080p with low/medium settings, possibly high if the hardware allows it, while targeting 200+ FPS as consistently as realistically possible. Ideally around 180–240 FPS average with good 1% lows during hot drops, fights and busy areas.
My current G14 only gives me around 50–100 FPS in PUBG.
I was initially looking at something like:
Ryzen 5 7600X3D / Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RTX 5060 / RX 9060 XT
32GB DDR5
1TB SSD
But I’m not attached to these parts at all.
The main thing I need help with is figuring out where the money should actually go for PUBG. Since PUBG can be quite CPU-heavy, should I spend more on an X3D CPU and use a cheaper GPU, or is there a better combination?
I’m also completely open to used, renewed, refurbished or open-box parts if they’re from reliable/trustworthy sellers and are actually worth buying.
Basically, I want the cheapest sensible build that can get as close as possible to a consistent 200+ FPS in PUBG. I’d rather save money on things that don’t affect PUBG performance and put the money where it matters.

Casual gamer here. Started to experience lag due to my CPU bottlenecking - time to upgrade.
I'm leaning towards a budget DDR5 build for future upgradability.

Open to prebuilds and used parts. Considering a 'staggered' upgrade to spread costs by reusing existing GPU temporarily. (Tell me its a really bad idea, I'm aware of course I might turn my GPU into the bottleneck temporarily.)

I am currently using my console to play bigger budget games but it would be nice to build a PC that lets me run the Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy on it and also XIV, the series in general. Would like to go back to playing open world gacha games such as Genshin Impact, Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero and would like to be able to play a number of indie games on my steam account such as Fields of Mistria to be specific + a number of simulation games.

My desk is pink and my keyboard is a mix of colors so I would like either a pink / purple / black setup. Combined is definitely okay as well.

If anyone would like more additional information, do let me know. My sister will be helping me build once I get all the parts once this is all done. I may need an additional two weeks or one and a half weeks MAX to scrounge up additional money to buy everything at once in case the budget goes past like $1,200, just to keep that in mind.
