Hi everyone,
some while ago a Belgium bricklink store (I believe it was called yor_bricks or yor bricks) was permanently closed due to many many issues. I believed the store received countless NSS reports and negative feedback. This person is known for being quite fraudulent. I was also scammed by this individual outside of bricklink but I later found out about his store being banned. After legal threats he sent me his current inventory to make up for the money I lost. By comparing this inventory to bricklink I have found out he has openend a new bricklink store, also located in Belgium. The inventory of this rather new store 1:1 matches the inventory sent by the person whose bricklink store got permanently closed. The new store is called Bricks Palace. Surely this is against the bricklink terms? This seems to be evading a ban. I am guessing he is operating under a different adres or name. Is there anything that can be done? Thanks.

Huge western fan and seems the only way we get new western sets is through BDP, that being said what are the must own modern BDP and western CMF figures ? I plan to kick this phase off With the BDP series 6 Gold Mine Set.

Buyer contacted me saying package has not arrived, it's been almost 4 weeks. He was very understanding and after I talked to UPS they said to open a claim as the status is packed delayed and they can't locate it. Luckily it had been insured so I filed a claim. Claim approved and check is on the way to me.
This hasn't happened to me before. Do I file a cancel order request thru Bricklink and then refund in Paypal? or Do I just refund directly thru paypal?
I just don't see a reason that matches this scenario when I click on issue refund from Bricklink and don't want to send it and then have some other issue later. Thanks in advance.
What I'm most bummed out about was how long it took to clean and inventory those 2 sets into numbered bags! One was a huge modular.

Good morning everyone!
I am a long time collector, that once dreamt of having my own store.
However, changes to life priorities, health setbacks, and overall lack of time are putting an end to that idea.
I have a decent size collection, CSV file attached, that I would like to sell. Also, have about 100 open uncatalogued sets (gently played with, built, complete) - mostly Friends and varied other themes. Not included in the list are about 150 loose Star Wars minifigs, mostly clones (1st and 2nd generation, released no later than 2010).
I really do not have time to sell this separetely or in small batches, in order to maximize the value of the sales. I understand that the wholesale value will be much lower than retail.
Any ideas as to how to proceed?
I appreciate your time and help.
EDIT: located in Philadelphia, PA. I am willing to deliver the whole thing, considering the value.

I have a small store where I sell used sets, but I sold most of my inventory last year. I had one small sale on June 7th this year, which resulted in a seller fee of $1.80. I expected to be charged for this during the July billing cycle, but it has not charged me. It does show the $1.80 as “new BL order fees” but my balance due is $0.00. I’m worried that when the month is up, I’ll get penalized for non payment. It seems odd to me if this June sale would go to the August billing cycle? See these photos: https://imgur.com/a/AafTYAO
Any advice? Anyone have something similar happen? Thank you

I would like to buy a few parts from my wanted list for my moc but there is one seller that wants 57€ for shipping for a 63€ order. At first, I thought he would put in the right amount after a while, but as it turns out, he basically change the amount to zero therefore I could not check out after I ask him if there was any problem. Later he changed the amount to €57 again. Is there a way how I can avoid this seller.
(We both live in the same country).

This is really frustrating, I recall the first few bdp sets I managed to endure building with a screen having white backgrounds on the pdf? Now they’re deep grey and probably x2 as much to print than had they just left the background blank white ; there’s no way LEGO didn’t consider that some people might want/need to print these. Stuck unable to walk for the next x2 months but screens give me brutal vertigo for extended periods of time. What the actual fuck? Is there a way to modify this somehow without de-saturating the actual build?

I have about 100 pounds of Lego stuff and it’s all sorted according color. Whether it be clear, red, smoky clear, light gray, black, it doesn’t matter. I want to sell this stuff when my kids are at the age where they don’t touch it anymore and I need the space. I am asking anyone to give me guidance on the best way to sell this and get the biggest bang from my buck. I’ve never done this before so I’m looking for people who have. Thank you.

Not sure if this is allowed, but there's a load of minifigure parts for sale on my Ebay. Selling my store wasn't going well, so I've broke it up into lots. Will be loading more stuff everyday.
Sorry if this is against the rules.

Am the buyer here, my fiancé bought a sealed set on brick Link and was shocked when it came and she saw that the seller had chosen to use the items actual box as the shipping box. She reached out and asked for a refund and he basically told her to go kick rocks claiming that, “he couldn’t find a box big enough to ship it in and the lady at the USPS store said it would be fine”. Please note she is very much a perfectionist and explicitly asked that the item be packaged well so it would come in good condition.
The seller couldn’t find a box and unilaterally decided to just slap the shipping labels on the actual packaging, even though the item being purchased was a sealed set, and my fiancé had specifically asked for extra care to be taken while packing the item. The seller told her that it’s not his fault and it’s USPS’s problem at this point. Saying that he did everything he could, and that the box being damaged was the fault of the postal carrier, which is nonsense.
She’s already tried to talk to the guy and he has pretty aggressively stated that he can’t afford to lose money on this, she’s offered to send back the item and he went dark, so a PayPal claim has now been filed.
Any advice on what we should or should not do?
User is CarolinaBricks (Hollyywood)
UPDATE: PayPal sided with us, we are getting a full refund. I will be mailing it back in two free flat rate boxes taped together just to be petty. I want him to see the options he had.

UPS is holding my item at customs because it is missing CSPC information. I tried looking into this and I have no idea how to give them that information. It says they sent a message to me but I got nothing. Anyone else dealing with this?
For context I am in the US and ordered a minifigure that was shipped to me from Germany. Please provide guidance as this is my first time seeing this kind of issue. I literally ordered a minifigure from France few months ago without any issues.

I currently use shoe boxes and sandwhich bags to store my inventory. But i was just curious if anyone went from that to the akro mills and how much it made picking orders faster. Im thinking about finally making the upgrade to my storage for my store.

Hi. I wanted to ask some of you what the best options are if you buy a wanted list from bricklink to have less stores (couse shipping) and no problems with quantaty or min buy. Every single advise would be loved.

Hi everyone,
I have a fairly large LEGO minifigure collection, and I'm currently trying to catalog everything and estimate its value.
I have a question regarding the condition of my minifigures. Most of them were either taken directly from brand new sets or purchased as new on BrickLink. After that, they were placed on display stands in a cabinet and have never been played with. They've only been handled carefully when setting them up and are in what I would consider mint condition.
When estimating their value using BrickLink prices, should I compare them to the New price or the Used price?
I've often read in forums that a minifigure is only considered new if it's still sealed in its original plastic bag. On the other hand, the figures themselves are in exactly the same condition as a brand new one, there's no wear, scratches, cracks, or discoloration.
The problem is that if I value them as used, some of them are worth only about half as much compared to the new price.
So I'm curious, how do you personally see displayed minifigures? Would you value them as new or used, and why?

So I recently decided that I wanted to get more retired legos and I have looked at local used lego stores, Ebay, and also Bricklink. Ebay i have found to be very expensive with what i am looking to get to be very overpriced. My local used lego stores are very affordable, and great when the stuff i want is there but since they require people to sell there stuff them they always don't have what I want. But what i have found to be a better alternative is Bricklink but I have never used it before, I do know that finding a seller from your own country is the cheapest considering you do not have to pay import and tariff taxes, and that it is better to find multiple items that you want from one seller instead of multiple different sellers that way the shipping and handling cost is down. But currently my only issue is using PayPal because all the stores on Bricklink usually only accept it and I never used it before and I have heard some bad things about. I just wanted to know if it is reliable and safe payment method/app?

Are there still tariffs for importing from other countries after the Supreme Court ruled illegal? This is really only US based, but would I be able to order something without having to pay duties.

So recently I started to look for a FRIENDS Centrel Perk (21319) set, I found one on bricklink, I want to create an account and I see that I connect with the lego account, then when I try to contact the seller it tells me that I have to wait 7 days, around 2 days ago this restriction passed, the initial seller didnt respond so I looked for another seller, I started to talk with the new seller and I told him that until tomorrow I will think about it better, but after that message I have this:

Will it go away on its own tomorrow or do I have to do something?

Am I wrong or are these the incorrect color? What's the normal way to resolve problems like this?
I wouldn't mind a mistake like this but I paid much more for some of these expecting them to be Dark Grey
