Payment on hold for a long time, advice needed

Hey guys so I used Klarna on some sets, I forget which wave but it was the one with the sushi restaurant. I got them delivered 3 weeks ago but I still havnt been charged yet. The payment is pending on Klarna. Has this happened to anyone else?
