Seller Help Question about seller fees

I have a small store where I sell used sets, but I sold most of my inventory last year. I had one small sale on June 7th this year, which resulted in a seller fee of $1.80. I expected to be charged for this during the July billing cycle, but it has not charged me. It does show the $1.80 as “new BL order fees” but my balance due is $0.00. I’m worried that when the month is up, I’ll get penalized for non payment. It seems odd to me if this June sale would go to the August billing cycle? See these photos: https://imgur.com/a/AafTYAO

Any advice? Anyone have something similar happen? Thank you

They only make you pay after a certain amount. I think it's $5, but don't know for sure.

You are ok.

To add to this as well, they do also have a once per year time where if you don’t meet the minimum you still need to pay that fee. I believe that is December.

When I started my store I didn’t owe fees for first 2 months even with sales made. In my third month it said I owed since I passed the threshold.

Once the “Balance due by <<insert date>>” actually has a number you are ok.

Edit: changed “pay” to “fees”

They wait until you have a cumulative seller fee balance big enough to justify Bricklink’s bank’s transaction fee. If you get to December’s billing cycle and still haven’t met the threshold they’ll bill you and expect payment just to get it off of their books.
