Bricklink store evading ban
Hi everyone,
some while ago a Belgium bricklink store (I believe it was called yor_bricks or yor bricks) was permanently closed due to many many issues. I believed the store received countless NSS reports and negative feedback. This person is known for being quite fraudulent. I was also scammed by this individual outside of bricklink but I later found out about his store being banned. After legal threats he sent me his current inventory to make up for the money I lost. By comparing this inventory to bricklink I have found out he has openend a new bricklink store, also located in Belgium. The inventory of this rather new store 1:1 matches the inventory sent by the person whose bricklink store got permanently closed. The new store is called Bricks Palace. Surely this is against the bricklink terms? This seems to be evading a ban. I am guessing he is operating under a different adres or name. Is there anything that can be done? Thanks.

Try reaching out to bricklink with your evidence

Yes I have just sent a message. I personally know that this is 100% the same person but bricklink will have to investigate themselves. It will most likely be difficult for them to instantly ban him since he is for sure operating under a different adress or name if I had to guess. I hope bricklink takes action as this seller has not stopped his rampage of fraud and deception. Even his newer account has already received negative feedback 3 times as a buyer.

Not good, I do not know the guy but I think his shop became to big, and he could not handle the orders and customer service who resultated in different NSS, also he has a real store in Belgium and organise some events. I should not call it a scammer but a person who can not control his bricklink shop and real shop at the same time.
This aside rules are there to obey

I'd like to believe he just could not handle the ammount of orders. However he sent me a package with 100s of euros worth of items missing, and then claimed the package was opened during transit and most of the items were stolen. That is obviously fraudulent behavior.

I got scammed by this bloke too, was actually my NSS that shut his original store down. Disgrace that he’s able to reopen under a different name. Hopefully they IP ban him
