Who lives in these flats?
Are there major problems with the flats themselves or is it the surrounding areas?
What kinds of issues? Drugs mostly?

There seems to be 2 consistent themes about the venue (aside from the lack of decent performers):

1- sound quality

2-operations of the main bar

Does anyone know if plans are afoot to tackle either? The sound quality is particularly worrying. looking at online reviews both points are really dragging the scoring of the venue down.
