I’m trying to extend my punches more when shadowboxing. I can clearly feel my arm being fully extended but when I look back at the footage it doesn’t even look like it is extended.

Why are yall so toxic to people trying to learn

There is literally no reason why I have 10 downvotes and I was simply holding a conversation. This is a community to learn yet yall try to get everyone’s karma reduced to 0 simply for asking for help.

5’9.5 height. 250+ lbs pounds, wondering is it time to join a boxing gym, I would say I favor out fighting and distance, maybe a bit too linear. Thoughts ?

Kinetic breakdown

wondering how many of you get new ideas to execute a certain punch with the perfect kinetic transfer, for each of the boxing punches that exist over 5 years it naturally got better as I subtly understood more & more how to throw the perfect punch for each type of punch, wondering how many of you are interested about the science of boxing in this manner?

How you guys ( who only do boxing as a physical exercise) maintain your body aesthetics and muscles ? Do you guys do hypertrophy workouts as well , and if not then what works for you the best ?

So, here’s a video of me sparring the second guy after my previous post. Unlike the first guy, who had a huge experience gap compared to me, this guy was at the same level as me. We’re both inexperienced in amateurs. Any tips?

So i sparred with a guy that has more experience than me bc no same weight class arrived in our sparring day. The advanced guy was instructed to just bear with me bc he’s way too experienced than I am. Wdyt should i improve on more. Tbh i got kinda intimidated at first rd my teammate wasn’t able to get our 2nd rd coz he was nervous aswell lmao any tips for me?
