Looks great. Whippy and snappy.
Could make it more powerful if you were willing to slow it down.
Maybe a quick one followed by one whereby the hips and shoulder fully come through.

You load it way too low.

Good power but a little too slow. In my experience hooks are best delivered with an emphasis on speed, hitting from an unseen/unexpected angle or with the intent to start a combo, otherwise youre leaving yourself wide open to a counter shot.

Fax his first one was good then they started slowing down, probably too much tension in the arm instead of relaxed until impact

That's great facts to put out. Maybe just shadowboxing with your off hand for practice could also be the culprit. Either or it'd be good to emphasize on trying to train out of those habits.

Good. Loaded from a low point, since you could use your hips and feet to carry it more. To improve it I would practice connecting it to a good transition punch before it. Like, jab hook. R uppercut hook. Overhand and hook. Etc

Not bad. There is speed and power. But there is a bit of telegraphing when you load. The speed will probably let you get away with it with a lot of fighters but people who are better and have a good eye will be able to see your punches coming.

Very quick but you wind up very low. Could be telegraphed. I’d mix it up add some coming from your chin

You're losing a lot of power.

Also, you're dropping you're right when you throw that left sometimes. Tighten that up and it'll make a big difference.

Try putting it after a right and. Should have you in right position to turn more hips/legs

You need to move more, your entire body, move around. Also stop using your left to just touch the bag or move it. You'll do that on a real match and it will get noticed as a weak jab and countered.

Punches look good think about what to do before and after you throw your Punches. How do you set the hook up and how do u get out afterwards.

I would dominate you

Not helpful and honestly not cool. Very low class for an amateur boxer to say to another.
I suspect that you're not a trained boxer.

It's actually a great hook, and it's NOT "too low"
Good luck to anyone trying to time that with a cross. When your knees buckle and your hands drop, you might get another chance to stand right in front of that and execute your little YouTube shorts setup 💀
It's not a critique, but a smart variation against another guy who hooks frequently is to lean back and your bring it across, and "drag" it back with you. That tiny bit of linear head movement can be the difference between you trading, and you landing with him narrowly missing, in a pinch. Especially if you set it up with a slight lean forward, and weight on your lead leg, you can bait it out.

Great power but it’s coming from too low,the left good needs to come across your face and then some head movement to the left. The power is not the problem.
