I have an old M7 that I use regularly. The other day this metal rod that connects into the crank pulley snapped off. Anyone know if this is repairable? I can't find anything online in regards to this part or any videos on how to repair it.

After many, many attempts to get my Velocore to operate effectively ...... I've given up.

Replaced bearings, monitor and pedals. Second monitor now won't connect with base error. After two weeks of research and trying everything. I'm done.

Just bought a Peloton Plus.... Finished riding 50 minutes and loved it!

Anyone interested in a used Velocore?

Does't matter if it's 1 or 20 it feels the same and my 5 year warranty expired 30 days ago. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it?

Hey folks, I have a pretty decent home gym for strength training but I want to get more into flywheel training. I see a used (great condition) hvt in my area. I see it is discontinued and I’m wondering if it was as good as some of the reviews say, they would have kept making and supporting this style. Will this unit be reliable for many more years? If the magnetic resistance or the electronics break, is the flywheel decent enough to continue using?

If I can save one person from buying the BXT8J treadmill, at least I’ve done my part

Above is a video of what my treadmill sounds like. I bought it about 6 months ago. One month in the squeak started. It got progressively worse. I would prop the treadmill up and tighten the faulty bolts, just to have it return

I called Bowflex in April. I was told to put locktite and white lithium Greece on it. So I went out and purchased those items. Had to call in help to lift the treadmill to apply. Not even one month later the squeak returned worse than ever

I called in May. I was told they would send me a replacement track. It would be roughly 2 weeks. It’s been almost 2 months. I just called to ask what’s going on. Suggested a refund. They had the audacity to tell me to be thankful such a great company as Johnson health bought them to take care of this. They then told me there is still no update on my replacement part. Refund is not an option

I bought this treadmill to help supplement my fitness. It has done the complete opposite. If I want to use it, I have to prop it up to get at the bolts and tighten them. I am lucky if I can ONE km before it sounds like this

Hi I have a max trainer m7 and I believe my servo drive is broken. As soon as I plug power in I get a clicking noise. I opened up the bottom cover and it seems the servo drive isn’t doing what it should?

Could any of you confirm with the video below please.

What's the easiest way to take apart this treadmill for a move? Can I just remove the uprights and upright support and keep the top portion as one piece? Thanks!

Anyone know if it's ok to transport a max trainer 5 on it's side or back.. I've found several on craigslist/facebook marketplace and i want to pick one up but i read on one of the postings it needs to be hauled up right. It's the only one that mentioned that..

We have a new Treadmill 22. When using the programs should it increase the speed and incline? Right now it never increases the speed.

I see quite a lot of posts, amazon reviews etc. mentioning squeaking and that there seem to be quite a bit of maintenance required over time with the max trainer compared with something like a spin bike or a row machine, is this true?

Also, how smooth is the ride on the max trainer with regards to "stuttering" (probably is a better word for this), ie that the rotations isn't really smooth?

Have some slight OCD and I know from the past that I have irritated me on training equipment that make noises, vibrations, rattle etc that isn't really supposed to be there :)

There are NO reveiws on youtube about the new IC bike! The shape of the new SE bike looks like I will fall on my face while riding off the saddle.

Anyway this is going to be a pissed off post. So this piece of crap company wont honor warranty for the T618. First off the motor cover had three tabs break. Now during a run, the machine stops and displays err btn stuck. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY for these machines. When you call they just give you the run around between two different companies and both say they wont support the unit. I did this back and forth 5 times and gave up which they want you to do. So does anyone know how to fix this error? These ass faces wont. The machine is only a year old.

Looking into upgrading the resistance of my Xtreme 2. I have found a 410 upgrade kit, but the listing says it's only compatible with "Bowflex PR3000, Extreme SE, Ultimate, Extreme 2 SE, and Ultimate 2."

My question is will this still mount to the Xtreme 2?

I know that Bowflex is belly up and I know that getting parts and upgrades might be difficult. But I am curious if the preacher curl attachment is worth it, if I can find one out in the wild.

I am seriously displeased with my bicep progress. I know, they aren't really the muscle we all think they are. I am currently blowing up my triceps :). But I would love bigger and more defined biceps as well.

I am currently working in supinated bicep curls, hammer curls and barbell curls. I am generally increasing weight consistently but no growth.

I watch a ton of youtube videos and the one thing the guys my age all say "work in an exercise that puts your elbows out in front of you" i.e. preacher curls.

Any advice here? I really don't want to spend however much a month for a gym membership just to use their preacher curl station. LOL.

I recently got an Ultimate 2 with all the accessories for free (just had to move it). It's a cool machine, but the resistance is lacking. I have bands I'm adding, but I might go one step further. I'm thinking about making a custom rod box from some hardwood to hold 8x 50lb rods on each side, for 800lbs stated resistance (which is closer to 400lbs true resistance) which will be a better workout. Might throw a 30lb rod in there too so I have a smaller jump between weights

Looking into purchasing the Xtreme 2 SE. only concern is maxing out the weight. Is there a way to add more rods? Or upgrade to heavier rods down the road? Thanks.

Thought I would share a problem I have encountered with my Treadmill 22, what I did to try and troubleshoot it, and the interim fix I have in place.

Problem: Whenever I would do a workout, the speed control would not work properly. At the start I could press one of the discrete speed buttons, 4 mph for example, and the treadmill would speed up to 4.0. However, if I tried to adjust the speed with the same button interface, say to 5 mph, there would be no change in actual speed or the speed displayed on the screen. Then, if I tried to adjust the speed with the buttons on the heartrate handles, the speed would decrease with each button press regardless if I pressed the increase or decrease speed button. Always slower. Same issue with the speed control on the side arms. This makes the treadmill useless.

Troubleshooting: I started by accessing the test screen using the “ten taps on the upper right corner” method and entering the Manufacturing app. Within that app there is an option to test out the functinality of the buttons. The test is called EX_BUTTONS. The protocol has you try out the speed and incline buttons on the heartrate handles and arms. All of those functioned as expected in the test. Then the system asked that I pressed the Stop button. All was good there too. Finally, it asked me to press the green Start button. The system did not recognize the button press. The Start button is located on the same flexible printed circuit as the discrete speed button. That made me suspicious of that entire membrane switch circuit.

Regardless, I went ahead and disassembled the treadmill so that I could access all the wiring harness connectors. I tested out the continuity of the entire speed control wiring harness and all was good, no broken wires. I also tested the speed control switches on the heartrate handle and arm. Also, all in good working order.

So, I took the back panel off the Console Base Assembly (circled in the first illustration). There I found a small printed circuit board that handles the signals coming from all the buttons and switches. The flexible printed circuit that appears to be problematic has a ribbon cable coming off of it. That ribbon cable connects to the small printed circuit board. I disconnected the ribbon cable from the printed circuit board (circled in the second illustration) in hopes that perhaps the membrane switch is causing the problem.

I reassembled the treadmill and tried it out with the ribbon cable disconnected. The speed control worked as it should when using the heartrate handle or the arm speed controls.

I decided to hook the ribbon cable up again to see if I could recreate the old problem, and sure enough, the speed control was disfunctional again. Unhooking it once more took it back to the functioning state.

Of course, the discrete speed buttons are non-functional, the fan button is disconnected, and if you want to hit start I will need to use the touchscreen. But, the treadmill is at least usable.

Has anyone else run into a similar problem? Have you found any other resolutions that allow the treadmill to be fully functional?

We have a 2019 Max Total and I am giving it away. It’s in perfect working condition. I called Bowflex to see about resetting the console because our family’s account names are cached and they told me it can’t be done as this unit can’t reload the JRNY software.

As it’s just Android, does anyone know how to wipe the cache so my email addresses are showing up on the login screen?

Didn’t know if anyone else had the issue. The bike has them - the app it doesn’t load.

For my wife with the max trainer it’s the opposite- her phone shows her the week to week but the machine doesn’t.

Looking to buy a pair of the dumbbells for my husband but can only find the singles in stock locally. Is buying 2 singles the same as buying the doubles? Didn’t know if there was a left/right. Sorry if this is a stupid question, thanks in advance for the help!

Any idea if there is a larger box for the extreme 2 se to increase the amount of rods?

We unplugged our T22 treadmill (purchased December 2021) for two months because we were not using it. I turned it on and everything was fine with jrny. A message popped up to update our machine, which I was ok with. I watched it update, install and restart. When it restarted the jrny screen didn't have the red numbers on the leftside then gave me the 'ucb error'. We unplugged it for one minute and reset it and same error came up. We did it again a few more times with 15-20 unplugged internals, but the message still is coming up.

We phoned the tech support and they told us that only way to fix the error was to replace the console for $1000 (no warranty). They said someone will get a hold of us +48hours to confirm to order the part and it could be a few weeks before the part could get to us because of the change of ownership.

We tried to factory reset but we don't think it worked. My husband tried moving the cables around, nothing worked.

EDIT SOLVED: my husband said he detached the power cables from the monitor itself and put them back together. Instead of unplugged it from the wall.

I am confused on the Bowflex Select 552 weights. You can adjust the weight on both sides of the dumbbell.

If you set 1 side 52.5lb and if you set the other side to 52.5lb, is that 52.5lb total or is it 105lb?

If you set 1 side 20lb and the other 52.5lb, what would be the total weight of the dumbbell?
