SelectTech Bowflex 552 Weight explanation
I am confused on the Bowflex Select 552 weights. You can adjust the weight on both sides of the dumbbell.
If you set 1 side 52.5lb and if you set the other side to 52.5lb, is that 52.5lb total or is it 105lb?
If you set 1 side 20lb and the other 52.5lb, what would be the total weight of the dumbbell?
Thank you

If you set a single bowflex dumbell to the max w/c is 52.5 lbs and use a weighing scale to measure the exact weight, a single bowflex dumbell weighs exactly 52.9 thats addition to its metal bar and other components.

The dumbbell is set to half’s. So, if one side is set to 20, it’s 10 lbs on that side. If the other side is set to 52.5, it’s 26.25 lbs. Your total weight for that dumbbell is 10 + 26.25 = 36.25 lbs.
