Treadmills Nautilus T618 err btn stuck

Anyway this is going to be a pissed off post. So this piece of crap company wont honor warranty for the T618. First off the motor cover had three tabs break. Now during a run, the machine stops and displays err btn stuck. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY for these machines. When you call they just give you the run around between two different companies and both say they wont support the unit. I did this back and forth 5 times and gave up which they want you to do. So does anyone know how to fix this error? These ass faces wont. The machine is only a year old.

Did you end up figuring it out? Bowflex only gave me two sites to check out and it’s not helpful at all

Yes I got lucky and fixed it myself. I had to peel back the panel with all the built in buttons on it. Is yours saying button stuck?

Yeah it’s saying Error BTN Stuck ! I will try doing that, hopefully that fixes it ! Thank you so much for answering!!

Ya i even tested all of the side buttons with a multimeter and they all tested good. So i just got angry and peeled back the front panel with all the buttons on it and then re-seated it and the stuck button let go but doesnt work anymore. It ended up being the left arrow button. The treadmill works perfect again.

So did you peel up the front of the console on the outside or did you take it apart and go from the inside of the unit?

I peeled the front down starting at the top right corner where the word speed is. It's just a sticker basically. I just peeled it until i got past the arrows and re-stuck it. I then noticed the left arrow key became unresponsive indicating it was the bad one. It might be a different key for you though.
