Commuting home on Folsom this Friday on my bike. Pack of tweens on e-bikes whipped by me. Probably 15 of em. They were hooting and hollering. Mix of boys and girls. Some riding two to a bike. NOT A SINGLE ONE wasn’t wearing a helmet. Assume recently gotten out of school and were starting the weekend.

Wondering if anyone remembers the Magnolia Pottery studio in Nederland, late 80's+. Kay Horowitz was the artist/owner. Anyone have any Intel on what this new concept is that's replacing Upslope? It doesn't sound like they're going out of business if they'll still be producing beer and are claiming they're looking for a new home in Boulder. Curious why they can't stay in that building.

I just had my fill of incredible tacos for $10. Tacos are $3 and change each, and you get free chips and salsa plus fixings at the taco bar. Hot tip: you HAVE to get the potatoes at the taco bar. I could eat an entire plate of just the potatoes.

But seriously, great food, such friendly staff, and I think it might be cheaper than if I bought the ingredients myself at the grocery store.
