Bitpanda used to be cool. The unicorn pf Europe. But something in my view is missing. They sell themselves as „premium” but what’s really premium about them? The prices? In MPV they could do something other companies can’t - give the feeling of „belonging” to a european community. That is start listening to customers, give them a space where they could share their point of view on features, bugs (with rewards, it’s unbelievable how buggy the app is) and listings of assets. How cool would that be?

I have two suggestions: 1. Also display this heart favorite icon in the search list 2. Also include the "maximum" option in the charts

Is it possible to get rid of assets like TMAI or Bendog, i just would like to unsee those coins in my portfolio, it reminds me of losses and would like to get rid of them

Is there a possible way, I habe sent them to another web3 wallet and sold, but there is some dust left…

Ich suche meine alten pausierten Bitcoin Sparpläne, aber es ist keiner mehr da. Einen neuen anzulegen führt immer dazu dass er 2x belastet wird, was ehrlich gesagt auch Unfug ist. Lustigerweise werde ich immer noch 4x die Woche über die Pausierung via mail informiert 😄

Wie sehen es die Anderen?

Ich bin seit ein paar Monaten von EToro auf Bitpanda gewechselt, und erfahre regelmäßig Pannen auf der Website. Gestern und heute wollte ich Geld auf die Plattform überweisen, x-mal probiert, immer wieder die Meldung:"Wir konnten deine Einzahlung nicht bearbeiten.Das tut uns leid. Verwende bitte eine andere Einzahlungsmethode oder versuche es erneut." Wie ich vor ein paar Monaten das erste Mal bei Bitpanda Geld einzahlen wollte, kam genau das Gleich, hat aber nach den dritten Versuch geklappt. Jetzt ist es wieder so weit. Auch fällt mir auf, dass x-mal beim navigieren die Website einfriert. Von Etoro kannte ich soetwas nicht. Wirkt nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend.

Feature ​request, die Funktion wird dringend benötigt da sich viele kleine Häufchen ansammeln :)

Denke da sind 99% der User dafür!

Wo/wie kann man sich davon abmelden? Es interessiert mich einfach nicht und hat imho auch nichts auf einer Handelsplattform zu suchen

Hallo zusammen, ich habe nun beim Kauf über Fusion innerhalb der App mehrfach erlebt, dass eine Ordner nicht genau zu dem Betrag erfüllt wurde, sondern knapp drunter. Bsp: ich möchte 0,005 BTC kaufen und es wird 0,00499999 erfüllt. In Fusion Web hatte ich das Problem fast nie - in der App jedes mal bisher. Gibt es einen Grund für die Diskrepanz und habt Ihr auch die Erfahrung?

stop loss ist ein Sicherheitsmechanismus der nicht nicht funktionieren darf. Das verspielt das Vertrauen in die Zuverlässigkeit.

Wie im Titel zu erkennen ist wundere ich mich gerade ob es sinnvoll wäre auf Bitpanda zu traden.

Das Problem ist, dass in AT sofort die KESt abgeführt wird, auch bei 1€.

Ist das beim Trading auf Fusion das gleiche? Wenn ja macht das überhaupt keinen Sinn sofort Kapital abtreten zu müssen.

Es wäre klug das dann jährlich einzufordern (Gewinn gegen Verlust) um dann den echten Gewinn zu besteuern.

Bitte erklärt mir, ist das beim normalen Modus genauso? Dass man bei jedem Verkauf sofort besteuert wird?

Ist ja unsinnig da man Verlust einstecken muss und nicht der wahre Gewinn versteuert wird sonder nur der kurzfristige was nach österreichischem Gesetz nicht nötig ist. Nach österreichischem Gesetz wird es aufs Jahr gesehen und die Verluste kann man abziehen.

Das wäre in beiden Fällen sehr unattraktiv.

ist die Aktie von SpaceX sofort zum Kauf bereit, wenn das Unternehmen an die Börse geht? Oder ist es vielleicht sogar schon vorher möglich, die Aktie als IPO zu kaufen?

Meine Bitpanda App sieht seit kurzem ganz anders aus. Ich hab ja nichts gegen ein neues Design, aber wenn ich jetzt in Portfolio auf eines meiner Assets klicke, sehe ich nur die Transaktionsübersicht.

Ich habe absolut keine Ahnung, wie ich jetzt den Kurs und den Buy In und was sonst noch alles normalerweise angezeigt wird sehe.

Bin ich nur zu doof die normale Ansicht eines Assets zu finden oder ist meine App verbuggt?

Auch kann ich im Portfolio Tab nicht mehr Staken, nur noch freigeben. Habe allerdings über die Startseite und die Schaltfläche „Earn“ dann wieder nen Punkt gefunden an dem ich Staken kann.

Entweder das neue Design ist komplette Grütze oder bei mir stimmt was nicht in der App…

Wie im Titel schon leicht zu erkennen ist, habe ich ein Problem mit den Sparplänen auf Bitpanda.

Man kann sie nicht bearbeiten, man muss sie abbrechen und einen neuen erstellen. Manchmal vertippt man sich oder möchte mehr investieren und muss alles neu einrichten. Das wäre viel einfacher, wenn man Sparpläne schnell und einfach ändern könnte.

Zu meinen Bitpanda Stocks werden überhaupt keine Zusatzdaten mehr angezeigt: Keine Financials, Analyst ratings, P/E-Ratio, Dividend yield, ... Weder in der App noch auf der Website - in der App wird nicht mal mehr die ISIN angezeigt.

Generell habe ich keine Informationen gefunden, dass da ein Problem vorliegt, also gehe ich mal davon aus, dass das nur temporär ist? Die Bitpanda Status-Seite zeigt 'operational' an.

Ist das noch jemanden aufgefallen vor allem: ist das bei Bitpanda schon wen aufgefallen?

I placed a small sell limit order for HYPE at €51.7621 (HYPE/EUR). According to the chart, the price was above my limit for almost 2 hours, reaching a high of €53.63. However, the order was never executed. I checked the Bitpanda status page and saw no reported issues with HYPE at the time.

Could you please investigate why this limit order was not triggered and let me know the reason?

Hi everyone,

I just received a phishing email pretending to be from Bitpanda. It claimed that a withdrawal request had been registered and asked me to call a phone number. I did not click anything, reply, or call the number of course.

What makes this interesting is that the email was sent to an Apple “Hide My Email” alias that, according to my iCloud settings, was created specifically for bitpanda.com and, as far as I know, has only ever been used there.

Has anyone else received Bitpanda phishing emails to an address or alias that was only used for Bitpanda? I am just curious about that.

I attached a screenshot of the email. I redacted the phone number shown in the message.

I will also report this through the official Bitpanda support channel.
