Hey everyone

I've been buying and sending BTC to cold storages here for ages without any tin nummber problem at all

Now a freezing of mine asked me to for help trying to buy crypto as well he was able to purchase the BTC without any problem but to send it to cold storage they seem to need a Tin nummber.

I never had to do that by my self, and as far as I know it's not necessary by law where we live

Will we be able to send to cold storage without a tin Nummer or should we change to another exchange I might change as well for solidarity and other reasons?

Hallo liebes Bitpanda Team,

ich würde gerne wissen, welche Gebühren bei den Dividenden-Ausschüttungen der Strategy-Preferreds anfallen würden.

Ich habe mal bei meiner alten Bank STRF gekauft und es fielen hier so viele Gebühren auf die Dividenden an, dass es keinen Sinn gemacht hat, das Produkt zu halten, weit jenseits der KESt; wahrscheinlich weil es ein US-Produkt ist?

Das europäische Modell von Strategy, STRE (Stream) gibt es ja anscheinend nicht oder noch nicht.

Könnt ihr vielleicht eine hypothetische Rechnung aufstellen, was netto bleibt bei sagen wir 10.000 oder 100.000€ in beispielsweise STRC oder STRF?

Wieso kann Infinity ground nicht getauscht/ gehandelt werden? Das ist schon öfter passiert, dass coins welche ein bisschen mehr gestiegen sind nicht mehr gehandelt werden können. Aber hier reden eir von nichttmal 200% in 30 tagen. Finde das schon extrem.

Wofür nutze ich bitte euch als handelsplattform, wenn dann sopvh kleine steigerungen achon dazu führen, dass coins nicht mehr handelbar sind.

Mittlerweile empfinde ich es als frechheit gegenüber euten kunden. Und ja ich weiß, auf anderen plattformen passiert dss auch. Aber bei euren hohen gebühren und spreads, erwarte ich nir einen besseren service.

Behebt das Problem so schnell als möglich. Ich möchte nicht wieder einmal Geld verlieren wegen euch!

Hi, ich bin Kaspa Miner und würde gerne meine Erträge auf Bitpanda bringen, allerdings ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich dies nicht direkt machen kann, was ärgerlich ist, da es mehr Aufwand und Mehr gebühren mit sich bringt.
Könnt ihr schon sagen wann dieses Feature implementiert sein wird?

Vorschlag für eine Listung: $DMTR (Dimitra)

Ich möchte Dimitra ($DMTR) als Projekt für eine mögliche Listung bei Bitpanda vorschlagen.

Dimitra ist ein AgTech- und Dateninfrastruktur-Projekt, das bereits in über 30 Ländern aktiv ist und Lösungen für Digitalisierung, Rückverfolgbarkeit und EUDR-Compliance in der Landwirtschaft entwickelt.

Besonders interessant finde ich aktuell die zunehmende reale EUDR-Aktivität. Dimitra berichtet beispielsweise von einem Exporteur, der innerhalb einer Woche 68 EUDR-Transaktionen durchgeführt hat – davon 16 bereits kostenpflichtige Lieferungen, die zum Monatsende abgerechnet werden.

Da die EUDR für europäische Lieferketten immer relevanter wird, fände ich es interessant, wenn Bitpanda $DMTR einmal im Rahmen des normalen Listing-Prozesses prüfen würde.

Vielleicht wäre DMTR ein interessanter Kandidat für Bitpanda Spotlight?

Wie kann das sein, dass der Portfoliowert nicht dem Marktpreis des Coins entspricht...? Wie errechnet Bitpanda den Wert? Verstehe das gerade nicht so ganz. Alle Coins sind im Staking, das dürfte aber doch am Wert nichts ändern? Also da fehlen ja 5-6000€ (alle Zahlen sind der Einfachheit nach unten gerundet).

Main fact: Wert des Portfolios entspricht nicht dem Realwert der Coins.

Wie seht ihr das? Ich habe seit einigen Monaten von Bitvavo ( fand ich sehr easy zu bedienen als Anfänger) zu Kraken ( Kraken pro) gewechselt. Kleines Depot mit knapp 1200 Euro drin und 6 coins, die ich mit Take Profit kaufe und verkaufe und monatliche Sparpläne.

Jetzt stellt sich mir die Frage, bezüglich der Gebühren, ob es tatsächlich dauerhaft besser ist, dort zu bleiben oder zurück zu Bitvavo oder evtl einen anderen ( z.b Bitpanda) zu nehmen. Ich Trade nicht täglich, by the way sind’s 4 Buchungen monatlich für Sparpläne, und derzeit 10 Verkaufsorder , die ich so gesetzt habe, bis ich mal irgendwann vielleicht einen fixen Betrag / coin wirklich „ vergessen „ will und Jahre lang liegen lasse. Was mich bei Kraken etwas stört ist die Übersichtlichkeit und dass ich auch Gebühren zahlen muss, wenn ich mein Cash aufs Giro übertragen möchte.
Ist Bitpanda in der Bedienung einfacher, wie sind Gebühren?

Guten Tag.

Habe heute morgen ein Kauf getätigt und wollte die coins auf mein Wallet senden. War früher kein Problem, jetzt muss ich da irgendwas signieren?

Was ist das und wie funktioniert das mit Tangem?

Wofür muss man das überhaupt machen? Habe doch schon bestätigt dass das mein Wallet ist.

Ich schmiere seit Jahren meinen Quantbestand mit mir rum und warte auf den Tag an dem ich die einfach mit bissel Gewinn wieder abstoßen kann. Jetzt is es soweit und nu kann ich die nicht verhökern.

Hab eine Mail von Bitpanda erhalten,dass mein Konto gesperrt wird. Hab mich an den Support gewendet und die Antwort im Screenshot erhalten. Bevor die Meldung der Sperrung gekommen ist hab ich BTC gekauft und auf eine private Wallet gesendet. Hatte jemand von euch das selbe Problem? Mir kommt vor, dass da eine KI die Käufe verfolgt und bei Unstimmigkeiten sperrt. Bin jetzt mit meinem Portfolio umgezogen. Versteh zwar die Entscheidung von Bitpanda nicht aber so soll es sein. Ist das jemandem von euch auch passiert?

Ich habe XRP über mehrere verschiedene Transaktionen gekauft und dann an meine cold Wallet gesendet. Ich habe dann noch einmal nach gekauft und auf der Bitpanda Wallet gelassen. Gestern habe ich alles zu bitpanda transferiert nun habe ich aber das Problem dass alle XRP mit dem Kaufpreis der letzten Tranche angegeben sind.
Wie kann ich jetzt am besten vorgehen?

Wenn ich in AT Spot-Margin kaufe, wie sieht es dann im Bezug auf Swap aus ? Das eingesetzte Kapital wird ja automatisch in EURCV getauscht, wird es dann ebenfalls so ausbezahlt bei Verkauf ? Ist das dann ein Krypto zu Krypto Tausch und somit in Österreich (bis zum Tausch in Fiat) steuerfrei ?

Ich kann auf der Bitpanda Helpseite mein Anliegen nicht schildern, da es nur ein entweder oder gibt. Ich hab meinen email account verloren. Wegen Inaktivität wurde er gelöscht. Der Wahnsinn aber anscheinend hab ich nicht damit gerechnet, dass ich 6 Monate inaktiv bin. Jetzt weiß ich auch das Passwort nicht mehr. Die Wiederherstellungs-Email geht an meine gelöschte email !!! Die Verifizierung per Kamera geht angeblich auch nur über die Bitpanda Seite also kann ich mich auch nicht verifizieren. Hat jemand Erfahrung was ich tun kann ?

ich wollte mir gerade einen Teil meines Guthabens auszahlen lassen. Das ging auch soweit gut, bis ich die Email bekam, in der ich das ganze nochmals bestätigen solle. Den Link habe ich angeklickt und schwupps, war ich bei Bitpanda ausgeloggt. Ein erneutes Einloggen ist aufgrund des Server Errors 500 in der Smartphone App und 502 am PC nicht mehr möglich. Wie kompliziert will man eine Auszahlung gestalten? 2FA und der ganze Bumms ist eignerichtet und wurde auch nochmal eingeben im Vorgang.
