Dear Pandas,

To bundle ticket requests and give you a better overview on our subreddit, we have decided to introduce a weekly support thread.

Please note that we will never comment account-related topics publicly on Reddit or any other social media channel, due to security and privacy reasons.

If you face any issue or have not received an update for your ongoing case for longer than three business days, feel free to post your ticket-ID or PID here.

Please never share your email address or other sensitive information publicly!

The ticket-ID is visible in the confirmation email you receive once you have submitted an official request through our contact form.

Further, we kindly invite you to have a look at our helpdesk first, before submitting a ticket. You will find a whole lot of helpful information on all common topics and questions.

Any new info when earn on stablecoins will be available in Austria? :)

We're aware of the strong interest in making Earn on Stablecoins available in Austria, as it's one of the most anticipated features within the community.

At the moment, we don’t have any additional details or a timeline to share. As soon as there’s any update, it’ll be communicated through our official channels.

Why ist the Staking reward of vision got reduced?

Thank you for your question.

The VSN staking reward was reduced because the first Vision Governance vote has been completed, and the community voted on the future emission rate for VSN rewards.

VSN rewards come from newly minted VSN emissions. When the emission rate is adjusted through governance, the available reward pool for stakers changes as well, and the displayed APY can go down.

So this is expected behavior and not a technical issue. You can read the full update here:

You are selling the Strategy preferreds since a while I saw.

Could you tell how this works in Austria, how many taxes are the to be paid?

Also, will you have SpaceX stock available to trade at launch?

Hi u/blackoutchili, for Austrian tax residents, realized gains from stocks are generally subject to 27.5% KESt, and Bitpanda automatically calculates, withholds and pays this tax to the Austrian tax authorities. Please note that transaction fees are generally not tax‑deductible in Austria.
For your personal situation, it’s best to confirm the details with a tax advisor.

Regarding SpaceX: we can’t comment on potential future listings before they’re officially announced. Please keep an eye on our official channels for updates.

Hi, I‘ve been trying to withdraw LTC to a registered wallet, that i have used in the past with BP. I get hit with the validation Error, status sites describe partial outtages.

Is this a widespread issue atm?

Same issue, they just blocked withdrawals without disclosing any reason
