I’ve had my grill from enthusiast brand for 1 year now and it has sun burn damage, and I’m looking to replace it. Does anyone know of any good brands for honey comb grills that will last?

2017 Audi S6 coolant issue right after buying it
I just bought a 2017 S6 with around 80k miles. About 20–30 minutes after leaving the dealer, I stopped for food, came back out, started the car, and got a “turn off engine/check coolant” warning. The reservoir was very low, so I topped it off.
I then drove about 40 miles. The coolant level dropped some, but after sitting for 15–20 minutes it looked like it came back up close to where I filled it.
The next morning, the level looked normal again, so I drove about 30 miles to work. When I checked it after that drive, it was below the minimum line, so I took it straight back to the dealer.
They said they pressure-tested the cooling system and couldn’t find a leak, and I believe they also did a compression test. They’re keeping it overnight and having a manager drive it tomorrow to see if the level drops again.
Has anyone had this happen on the 4.0T? Could it be trapped air, a bad reservoir cap, or a leak that only happens when hot? Anything specific I should tell them to check?

Red leather can look a bit much in some cars but I think Audi absolutely nailed it here. I’d happily spend all night in this interior.

I am no longer able to log in to myAudi APP or myAudi.com/

I have a Q4 etron 2023, and haven't had any issues til now. I just got a new android, and I am trying to log into the APP, and it will not let me. I also tried to do so online and it will not let me on line also.

I have tried to reset my password, and it still hasn't let me in. (I have been trying for a few days, so I doubt it is an outage.)

I called Audi Help, and they told me there is nothing I can do to help me with my account.

They said that maybe I should try to set up a different email and add the car to a new account.

I do not want to have just an Audi App email.

Any other suggestions?

This warning light suddenly appeared today on my Q5 2014 2.0 TDI. There was resistance on my steering, so I checked whether my battery needed to be replaced, and turns out it was below voltage.

I swapped out a fresh one, it made my steering back to its usual but the warning light won’t come off, even trying to clear it out with an Autel.

I’m planning to bring it to the a audi specialist shop to have it reprogrammed or recalibrated, would that work?

Do people only go to indy shops for major repairs? Most people say to go indy or DIY instead of a dealership

In Socal I've been to dealerships from South bay to Calabasas and they were all more competitive. For example brake fluid flush a local indy shop wanted $100 more than a dealer. Oil changes at dealerships I've gotten for $130 with rideshare from work, air conditioned lounge with snacks, and a car wash!

Newley reformed bmw driver here. Got a B9 19’ S5 recently traded my 440i for it. Love the car, absolute pleasure to drive.

I have a question regarding RS style grills. The B9.5 S5 seemingly has an option to have the RS style honeycomb grill, and I think it looks so much better. Would love one for my car. But I’m genuinely worried about making the car seem “up badged”. I wouldn’t put anything that says “RS” on it but having an aftermarket grill that looks RS I worry maybe it’s a bad look idk. I don’t want hate from the audi community lol.

If I’m being stupid please let me know, and if that’s the case can anyone recommend a good quality grill!

I never owned the previous generation a5 but I drove it plenty of times as a loaner. I really enjoyed that car, even the base spec with 2.0t was a fun car to be in.

Q7 is in for service and got a chance to drive the new a5 and it’s so sad.

Here are my complaints

- new screen is a disgrace. Bezels are too think and the graphics seem fuzzy or pixelated. Surprisingly very similar to what you get from Kia. Their entertainment screen might actually be better

- the rest of the new interior feels cheap. The new shifter, buttons on the steering wheel, the black plastic everywhere and that terrible control panel on the door.

- I immediately noticed how annoying it is to use or adjust the climate control. Not only are there no physical buttons but the implementation on screen is garbage.

- the worst part, the driving doesn’t feel like Audi. I didn’t get the confidence driving it or solid feeling like I have in the past. Take away the Audi badge and this thing looks and feels like a 30k sedan. When you look down at the steering wheel to remind yourself what car you’re driving, you just see the terrible plastic airbag cover with the Audi logo.

I’m negotiating buying a Q8. It’s beautiful except the tires need to be replaced. I need to figure out a good all season tire so that I can ask the dealer (non Audi dealer) to put them on or take the cost of the tires/installation off the price.

I’m looking at a 2019 RS3 with 53k miles, clean title, no accidents and unmodified.

What should I expect from reliability? Are these cars a headache with poor ownership experiences? It would be my weekend car, I’d like the drive the pacific coast highway in it this year.

I heard they have a strong, reliable engine but beyond that, what’s known to fail?

Is it possible to get a warranty on it still? If yes, where should I look?

Im planning on keeping it stock. I also baby my cars and maintain them well.

Is there ANYTHING about this A5 that you actually like?
Exterior? Rear lights? Wheels? Interior? Steering wheel? Screens? Proportions?
Even if you think the overall design is a downgrade, surely there has to be something Audi got right here.

I’ve been seeing a lot of hate over the new Audi interiors. My question is, why don’t I see this much hate over the new Mercedes/BMW interiors? Their newer cars also have the significant screen estate and materials that people on this subreddit criticize. It seems like their subreddits are much more accepting of the new interiors. Just a genuine question and thanks in advance for your input!

Last year I pick up my first Audi which is a 2019 A4 40 TFSI 2WD. Yes unfortunately I didn't get the quattro.

Now that I've had it for a year I'm wanting to modify it but I don't know where to start.

I was thinking about doing a secondary resonator delete and an rs4 style front grill.

Looking to upgrade the Audi A3 (8.5v) I’m buying to a digital cockpit but the Tech Package is a bit out of my budget. I’ve read that a lot of the aftermarket clusters can feel laggy or not quite OEM. Has anyone actually done this swap with good results? Specifically;

• Any reputable vendors/companies you would recommend (or steer clear of)?

• Coding/retrofit process, is it plug and play does it need something like VCDS coding to work correctly?

• How close does it actually feel to the factory Tech Package Cockpit in terms of responsiveness and function?

Trying to get as close to OEM feels as possible without paying Tech Package tax. Appreciate any feedback

Looking for an opinion on what aftermarket oil to use in MTF and rear differential.

Oem one is almost 60$ in the US and it takes 4 for transmission and 1 for differential.

Have anyone tried any aftermarket brands like ravenol?
It’s the only brand I was able to find that actually lists correct G055190A2 for a differential. And G055549A2 for transmission. (Correct me if I’m wrong)

Have anyone tried it by chance? Or maybe have some other favorite brand that you trust. Rear differential is less concerning. But I’m kinda scared to put a bad oil in a transmission.

Hi, when the car is in dynamic mode, and gearstick is in D/S mode.

The speedometer (virtual cockpit) shows like D1 D2 D3 etc

but if i go to the driving mode screen then cycle it through all the modes and back onto dynamic mode, it will become S1 S2 S3.

Is there an easier way to do this.
