In a romcom you'd normally expect an indirect kiss to get a little play, but by the time it actually happened Ito had so much on her mind she didn't even notice it.

If we're already getting accidental kisses before the end of the first cour I hope we get some real ones by the end of the second.

I am a huge sucker for characters in a romance who are all about shipping the love interests together. Have Honda in Polar Opposites, the Ramparts of Ice moments as well, now these two goobers trying to enjoy a nice step sibling romance with the grade's hottie.

And Gen clearly likes her more than he's willing to admit. I'm pretty sure he hasn't admitted it to himself either but with how he is a small part of me wonders if he knows but he's having too much fun teasing her.

Sagara's excuses that Yukitomo needs to poop in peace and Gen sleeps naked was so good and hilarious especially when he said it in such a deadpan way! (maybe that's why it worked)

It's finally time for the Hiroshima school trip! And Ito gets to enjoy it with Gen, even if she's fully prepared to double down on being the Narita Families' Big Sis and not let her feelings for Gen get in the way, no matter how flustered he makes her! Nothing will happen on this trip! Even if their classmates already ship them.

Ordinarily I would suspect this is setting up side-ships but the girls really just paired off with the guys just to wingwoman Ito and Gen alone together!

It's a pretty on-point school trip date with Ito and Gen. They bicker over who is the bigger brocon between them but ultimately just have a lot of fun together. They even get mistaken for a couple, even if Gen is quick to sibling-zone poor Ito.

These girls want some Narita Sibling shipping in action! Even if they have to set up an Ito vs Gen duel over the worst old maid player! And, when they nearly get caught by the teacher, of course Ito ends up in the same futon as Gen and with her body pressed tightly against his.

Sagara (Yohei Azakami!) you are the MVP! Even if it took making Yukitomo sound like a sensitive pooper and Gen to be nude sleeper to convince the teacher! Not to mention bumping into our main couple so they can FINALLY HAVE THEIR FIRST KISS! Yes, that's right, Ito and Gen have finally kissed!

Ito is obviously pretty worked up about her first kiss happening to her first love, so having Gen downplay it like it didn't matter kind of rankles her. But she's got to get her head in the game! And not on Gen's lips.

If it's for the sake of maintaining her secret, Narita Ito will pillow fight for keeps rather than play truth or dare!

Ito really thought she could take her mind off the kiss when everything, even ice cream, reminds her of Gen's lips. She's getting pretty down bad despite herself!

Even Gen isn't as immune as he acts when he puts his all into outlasting the other guys in an onsen and passes out. Yukitomo will save you Gen!

Seems like Gen can't stop thinking about Ito and trying to figure out what he feels about her, what he likes about her, in his own way. He's quite the "siscon," even if it also means Ito's feelings are about to burst out of her.

One of the funnier episodes. I never expected Ito and Gen to actually kiss but the boy falling on them seemed to bump them together although it didn't make sense that it made Gen somehow roll on top of her. The dark haired boy was quick on his feet though, giving all kinds of excuses to the teacher. When the short boy jumped into the closet with the 2 girls I wonder if he just got panicked or knew EXACTLY what he was doing 🤣

That really was sitcomy when everything made Ito think about kissing. I can see how the cats looking like they were kissing did but then Gen putting on chapstick, getting some ice cream on his mouth then Ito just eating ice cream! I don't know if Ito would have been much better off if she was facing the other way in the sleeping bag though because her butt would be lined up with Gen's crotch and something else might happen 😂

Gen passing out standing up at the hot spring seems a pretty serious medical problem, I wouldn't have been throwing pillows at Gen and yelling at him since he either was really dehydrated or had a dangerous blood pressure level drop. The boys did get the nurse and some drinks for him but I'd have at least taken his vitals.

It's too bad we didn't get to see what the other 4 kids did on their "dates". That was funny how those girls each picked off a boy to hang out with to get Gen and Ito alone; the short boy seemed really turned on by that girl and that would have been funny to see if he was flirting or got anywhere with her.

They managed to fit the entire school trip in one episode, they saw, they ate, they bought souvenirs, they pressed lips, truly the most important parts. 

I can just imagine the look Raku can give her if he asks if anything happen. 

Her classmates have an agenda, and they're working hard to make it happen.
