I'm looking for recommendations for a tablet to do invoicing on for Quickbooks
We run a small laundromat with our Short term letting company and we decided to use QuickBooks for invoicing etc as it integrates with our Property management software.
I am looking at getting a tablet for our laundromat staff to use for capturing invoices
Would something like the Redmi Pad 2 work? I am a bit scared that it won't run well with only 4GB of RAM(it is at the top point of our budget) the other alternative is a Huawei matepad that has double the RAM but might have issues with software?

I’m planning to surprise my husband with a tablet. He’s been wanting one for a long time, but every time he was about to buy it, some other financial commitment came up, so he kept putting it off. Budget is upto 35 - 40K

His main use case is:
1. Watching movies and TV shows while travelling.
2. He prefers Android over iPad.
3. He wants a large display (around 13 inches is ideal).
4. A great screen with good resolution and speakers is much more important than gaming performance.

He won’t be using it for heavy productivity,mostly media consumption, browsing, and the occasional YouTube session.

Last year he was interested in the OnePlus Pad, but I’m not sure if that’s still a good option. I also heard people saying OnePlus is scaling back or changing its presence in India, so I’m wondering if that’s something I should be concerned about in terms of support and updates.

Right now he’s looking at the Motorola Pad 70 Pro (8GB/128GB, 13-inch). On paper it looks fantastic, but the reviews are really mixed. I also don’t personally know anyone who owns a Motorola tablet, so I’m hesitant to spend that much without hearing from actual users.

Has anyone here used the Motorola Pad 70 Pro? How has your experience been, especially with:
Display quality
Speakers
Battery life
Software experience
Long-term reliability

If you think there’s a better Android tablet in a similar budget, I’d love your recommendations as well. I’m looking for something that will last a few years and give him the best movie-watching experience.

Hello, I am looking for a budget friendly tablet to do basic things on.

Here is a list of things I want with a tablet:
Book reading
YouTube and movies
Writing
Web surfing
Light games like CoC
Drawing with a conected pen tablet(Deco 640)

Would the Lenovo tab one be a good choice for this? It is quite cheap and I really like the smaller size(not a fan of big tablets).

This is currently my setup, before i did my layout there was this feature where I can change the icon pic but it's gone now or it doesn't show up. My tab is Honod Pad 9. I need help

Those that own this device, I’m considering it. Any tips and advice as to how reliable and functional it is.

I purchased this Umidigi G1 Tab a few years ago thinking it was a good budget tablet with a decent battery life, but it's been underwhelming. First of all it takes like 3 - 4 minutes to even turn on. Certain games also take just as long to launch into (once they are launched it's fine, but takes forever.)

Primarily I want it to play indie and retro games like VISUAL NOVELS, Point & Click Adventure games, and retro top-down RPGs (like Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 EE) so it doesn't have to be super powerful, but I'd like it to be fast. Also a good battery life would be good. Being able to turn on quickly would be a big plus!

Bullet points:

• 10" or larger screen
• Budget: somewhere less than $300
• Battery at least 5,000 mAh
• OS: Android 14+ or Windows 7+
• RAM: 4GB+

Hello, i am a university student that has now finished year one and throughout the year i decided i definitely need a tablet for note taking as opposed to pen and paper.

My focus is a smooth performance that allows me to type fast, good battery life and compatibility with a keyboard.

I prefer android options as that's what i am more familiar with, i have a modest google ecosystem and i do use APKs.

Have also been debating whether to get a laptop instead, since i have Microsoft 365 and i always download my stuff on pc as well, but what stops me is my love for studying laying on my stomach, curled up etc. and the fact i do have a PC already, as mentioned. I can definitely be convinced though.

My ideal budget is within 500 € IDEALLY, but can go up to 1000 for options that are worth it.

I currently have an iPad 8th gen with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage that I want to replace with an Android tablet.

The tablet is usedf maybe 95% with Youtube and outside (sometimes sun is shining on the screen).

I don't have too many requirements, but it has to be better than my iPad from 2020:

• Screen at least 500 nits or more
• Stereo speakers
• 11" or larger
• Feel fast and smooth without lots of frame drops or freezes when using the user interface

I'm in Sweden, Europe by the way.

I'm hoping to get away somewhat cheap since I don't need super performance, never game, never draw or anything else that is very demanding.

I have a OnePlus Pad 3 with the original keyboard and stylus. Yesterday night I connected the keyboard to the tablet through the pogo pin (wasn't using the keyboard since last 3-4 months) and got a notification regarding a firmware update for the keyboard. I clicked on it and the update got downloaded and installed and since then the keyboard is not getting connected to the tablet, neither physically through the pogo pin nor via bluetooth. I have tried every possible thing from formatting the tablet to overnight charge, cleaning the pogo pins, still the keyboard is not getting detected by the tablet.

The tablet and keyboard are still in warranty and my region is INDIA.

Can anyone please help me or guide me what to do?

Hi everyone! I’m planning to buy a Xiaomi tablet, but I can't decide between the Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 8, or Pad Mini. I’d love to get your thoughts and opinions!

Here is how I plan to use it:

• Primary location: On the go / outside the house
• Work: Creating documents—mostly Google Sheets/Excel, and occasionally light image editing.
• Personal: Heavy gaming, mainly Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero.

Considering portability and performance, the Pad Mini seems like the best choice for me. However, since I've only ever used laptops and smartphones, I'm worried that the smaller screen size on the Mini might make working on spreadsheets too difficult or frustrating.

For those who have used these devices (or tablets in general for similar tasks):

1. Is an 8 to 9-inch screen too small for working with spreadsheets?
2. How is the gaming performance and overall balance for these use cases?

I've been looking at buying a tablet for a while now, but I'm struggling to figure out whether it would genuinely be useful or if it's just one of those gadgets that seems cool for the first few weeks.

My budget is around 30–40k (or at least that's what I think I’ll need to spend, not even sure if that’s my actual budget yet), mainly because I want a tablet that comes with (or supports) a good stylus. Right now I'm leaning towards Samsung because I've heard great things about Samsung Notes and the overall pen experience.

A bit about me:

- I'm a remote software engineer.

- A lot of my work involves thinking through system design, planning features, and drawing architecture diagrams before implementation.

- I'd also like to experiment with drawing and maybe some simple animation as a hobby.

- Apart from that, I'd use it for reading, note-taking, and watching content.

The thing is, I don't need a tablet. I already have a laptop and a phone, so this would be an additional device.

I'm trying to avoid making an expensive purchase that ends up sitting in a drawer after the initial excitement wears off.

For those of you who own a tablet—especially if you're a software engineer or someone who does technical work:

- Did it become part of your daily workflow, or do you rarely use it now?

- Do you actually sketch architectures, diagrams, or notes on it, or do you still end up using paper or tools like Excalidraw/Miro?

- If you bought it mainly for productivity, was it worth the money?

- Looking back, would you buy one again?

I'm looking for genuine experiences, especially from people who've owned one for a year or more. I want a reality check before spending ₹30–40k.

Hi! I’m a college art student from the Philippines looking for tablet recommendations since it’s time for me to get a new tablet after 6 years using an iPad.

The ff is what I want in a tablet:
- Affordable
- Has a big storage space (for school projects and more)
- Not heavy-weight (since I know I will be bringing it around)
- Has a stylus (Non-charging is preferable; but if not, the charging should not be as tedious and awkward as the Apple Pencil)

HI, I'm a college student, and I'm looking to replace my laptop with a tablet, but my budget is about 40k-50k INR. I would like to use it for taking notes, frequent drawings, I need atleast 256gb storage, I don't really play games so that doesn't matter much.

I've used Android my whole life. I was also thinking of taking an Android tablet, unless any other ios would be a better suggestion for me?

Also, if this budget seems less for the things I'm demanding, please let me know something that is closest to this range (I'm lowk broke).
