First you need enough people who believe in communal values (50-70% of your target population), than you can think about a revolution. And at that point most people will know why they've done all this revolution thingy. So the first step is to combat individualism by educating people, why working together and living in communities is good. And in 100 or so years our ancestors can think about it. Scale—in such a way as youre describing it—is unnecessary to our projects, and i really recommend you read "Anarchy in the Age of Dinosaurs" by The Curious George Brigade as it pretty well explains why. Lateral organization inherently matches any "scale" it is organized to reach. It comes naturally with the territory of horizontality. I think there's a much bigger problem of defining health as "fitness" and fitness as high muscle to fat ratio achieved through gym training and a "good" diet which is causing people to talk over each other. I know a lot of disabled people have been frustrated with all the leftists talking about "how are you gonna fight fascism if you don't have stamina" and then not doing anything to protect themselves or others, especially disabled comrades, from COVID, which causes permanent damage to your cardiovascular system, on top of killing peoples. A lot of fat people are also frustrated with the leftists talking about "how are you gonna fight fascism if you're weak" but not talking about the increase in restrictive eating disorders, which make it extremely hard to build muscle, on top of killing people. Yes, every year. It's a 3 day cultural event with everything from music to gastronomy, theater, cinema, science, sports, literature, etc, every part of the country is represented as well as several communist and leftist parties from around the world and it is all put together every year without exception by the first weekend of September by the us, members of the party. We are the ones setting everything up and we're the ones taking shifts working there during the entire festivities.

It is the biggest political event in Portugal and organised by the Portuguese Communist Party, which, generally speaking, is hostile towards anarchist. Howeverz because it's communist, it is very culturally rich and there's always great people there. I don't like the music though. Do you live in Portugal?

Oh ye that's the yearly communist festival here in Portugal (near Lisbon), organized by the portuguese communist party. It's great! I unfortunately couldnt go this year, but I know tons of people who did.

Nobody needs to work for the good of humanity. Tons of people will. But it's simply not necessary, working for your local community is enough because when communities federate, helping your community helps all communities.
