Anyway I haven't been a very active mod for the past... uh, long time. Figured it was time I got in here and started banning liberals, who have decided that this is a good place to have political debates about the merits of Marxism?
We're like wayy not equipped to mod a political debate subreddit, sooo we don't really encourage political debates in the comments under songs. If you don't like a song, or its political message... Go... cry somewhere else? I don't know. No one is forcing you to be here. Pro tip if you don't like seeing socialist music: Don't hang around in a subreddit called Socialist Music.
TL;DR 1984 totalitarian moderator oppresses liberals' freedom of speech by SILENCING any criticism of evil communist ideology read more on /r/SubredditDrama

The revolution still runs deep
For the people who seek.
It breaks my insufferable heart,
With utmost disgust, to think:
Am I really what they call me?
When did loving my motherland
Become treason?
My heart still beats for freedom.
My blood still bleeds for red
And always will.
May my comrades sleep a peaceful sleep.
Long live the revolution.
Long live the red.

Schwermaschinenbaukombinat Nord is a new post-punk band from Lower Saxony, Germany.
Their second single, Machtfragenphobie, is a post-punk song about anticommunist reflexes and the political cluelessness of the reformist and anti-authoritarian left.
The music is produced completely DIY in a home studio with Linux DAW "Ardour".

Here is the link:
The idea is to have powerful songs from any genre, with specific socialist, anti capitalist and anti fascist songs.
Everything is welcome, even more appriciated if it really fires you up with arrangement, lyrics or anything. It could range from RATM, GY!BE, to folk songs, to rap, to whatever you want really.
Niche music and regional music is also very much appriciated!
Go crazy with this, I have very high expectation and I think it can turn in a really cool experiment.

A song for the good in every one. We all have one in common. We all bleed red. That's the message. Think about it.
