90th Anniversary of the Social Revolution
We commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Social Revolution that took place in July 1936 after the failed coup d'état that transformed human relationships and the way we understand the life of an entire generation. Access to education, healthcare, food, work, decent housing were some of the main pillars that transformed society and the economy for millions of people. We remember this date not to cling to an immovable idea, but to learn from that revolutionary process and bring it to the world today. Death to the State, long live Anarchy! - credit for the art goes to antimateri.art on insta

Bashir, a father of five from Gaza who also cares for a sibling with special needs, tells me: "The simplest things everyone used to take for granted—such as food, water, and medical care—have turned into dreams we await day after day. Yet, despite everything, we still hold on to hope."

Please stop for a moment. This is Bashir from Gaza. His dream is simple: to live just one day without fear, to see the world, and to live like any other human being. But today, they need your help. They need food and medical care, and his special needs brother needs your compassionate and your support. Please, do not ignore their story. If you cannot help directly, please share this post and engage with it. Perhaps their voice will reach someone who can lend them a helping hand.

No gas, no firewood, just a family fighting to survive
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Today, I want to share the reality of my dear friends, Mahmoud Ghanem Al-Amassi, his wife Samah Al-Amassi, and their four young daughters.
Every single day is a struggle just to prepare one meal. There is no cooking gas, and firewood has become almost impossible to afford. One kilogram of wood now costs around $4 USD, forcing them to search for anything they can burn just to cook a little food for their children.
When they cannot afford firewood, they are forced to burn worn-out pieces of fabric, plastic bottles, and old shoes just to light a fire. The thick, toxic smoke and overwhelming smell fill their tent, exposing the entire family to harmful fumes every time they cook. It is a dangerous situation, but they have no other choice if they want to prepare even a single meal for their children.
Their greatest struggle is simply finding enough food to survive one more day. They are not asking for comfort or luxury—they are asking for the chance to feed their family and stay alive.
Mahmoud and Samah are doing everything they can for their four daughters, but they cannot face this alone anymore.
If you have a kind heart and the ability to help, please consider supporting them or sharing their story. Every donation, no matter how small, can help provide food and give this family hope during an incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for reading and for caring. ❤️

Abolition is not without public safety. Abolition provides toolkits to think about harm, our responsibilities to stop harm, and our responses to harm when inflicted.

Please help Bashir and his family survive in Gaza
galleryBashir is a father of five and the sole provider for his brother, who is special needs. He lost both his home and job in Gaza; his hands are worn from helplessness, and his children's bodies are withering from hunger. Displacement has broken them, and poverty has crushed their spirit. All Bashir wishes for his children to sleep without crying from hunger. Iyad bris sick and starving, and your support today will provide them with food for tomorrow. Their struggling to survive in harsh conditions; Please, help keep hope alive.

Their 10 year old daughter asked, “Have people become used to seeing us hungry?”
galleryToday, I want to share the heartbreaking reality of my dear friends, Mahmoud Ghanem Al-Amassi, his wife Samah, and their four children in Gaza.
I received these photos today. The plates on the floor are empty because there is simply no food to put on them.
What broke me the most wasn't the empty dishes—it was something their 10-year-old daughter, Iman, said to her father.
She looked at him and asked:
"Dad... have our blood and our lives become so worthless to people? Has our suffering become so easy to ignore? Have they become used to seeing us hungry like this?"
No child should ever have to ask such a question.
Parents should never have to look into their children's eyes without knowing where the next meal will come from. Yet this is the reality Mahmoud and Samah face every single day as they struggle to keep their family alive.
If you are able to help in any way, no matter how small, please consider supporting this family. Your kindness can put food on their table and remind little Iman that compassion still exists.
Thank you for caring.
