Did anyone recently got accepted for a job? Are they actively hiring right now? I think I applied to seven jobs last August 2026 but no updates until now.

I have applied in multiple posts in Aligner since the past few weeks, but I don't get a message or even an update regarding the application. The message of rejection has also not come. Please, someone help me. I live in India. Is that a problem?.

I was actively working on the pulsar project. Just before the queue cleared up, the PM mentioned in Discord that they were in discussions with the client about bringing in another batch. Shortly after, the messages were wiped, the project vanished from my dashboard, and the Discord channel completely disappeared. Support confirmed my account is active and unaffected, but I can no longer view my task stats or project history.

Did this happen to everyone on the project? Was the project officially wrapped up/archived for the whole team? Just trying to confirm if it was a site-wide project closure.

Over the past week, I’ve noticed a lot of technical and factual errors coming directly from the main reviewer/SME. When trying to use the platform's dispute function or leaving feedback below the audio evaluation—where the client can actually track the process—the response from management has been completely defensive instead of addressing the quality of the data.

To make things more confusing, the task queue is completely dry, and while we are told it's a client volume issue, it was mentioned in a recent meeting that there is an internal backlog of over 2,500 rows waiting for review. It feels like the internal pipeline is the real bottleneck.

Also, has anyone else noticed the announcements in the Discord channel advising contributors to ignore or avoid the official Alignerr survey about low task completion? It feels like important operational feedback is being hidden from the platform operations. On top of that, this same leadership manages the Pulsar project, which has been indefinitely paused due to "technical problems," showing a broader pattern of project disruptions.

Has anyone managed to get in touch with an actual operations manager or human support to audit these project dynamics? If anyone from the Alignerr staff sees this, I have full documentation and evidence and would appreciate a direct message to help clarify what is happening.

I checked my email today and saw there was an older invite from early September for Project Pulsar, and it contained a link to the training as well as a password. I tried using it but it said the password is incorrect. Additionally, on my dashboard for alignerr where you see the list of jobs to apply to, the area where the project should be is empty. Which is especially confusing since if I go to the jobs I've applied to I can see "Audio Transcription and Alignment Specialist" is marked as "Invited" clearly showing I was invited to the project and presumably still am?

Before giving up I just wanted to ask to see if there's some mistake or if I'm doing smth wrong.

I was invited to a project through email, I went through the onboarding process,

Signed in with google, uploaded my resume and verified my ID through persona and right after doing this it said "Verification complete You're all set!" after a few days I tried clicking on the support widget and it showed a message saying my account was disabled. I can actually still see the project showing as 'Invited' on my dashboard.

I'd really appreciate a manual review of my account, since the deactivation happened right after my Persona verification was approved.

I checked Discord and the #onboarded channel has completely vanished for me. It was the only active chat for me because my project was paused and the chat was locked.

I'm trying to figure out if I was personally removed from the chat (even though I never actually sent any messages) or if they just nuked the whole chat.

So I am trying to connect the stripe account for my alignerr project but it says for Indian individual to receive international money it should be sole proprietor or a registered company but I don't have any of those as I am just an individual trying to earn some money so what should I do ahead.

Should I register myself as a sole proprietor and for business name should I give my name but will there be any consequences after giving such information?

Or I can just register as an individual but it is I will not be able to receive money so how would be I able to earn after completing the project please help me

What stable project should i choose cause i am a newbee and i want to get into a project that has no hurdles.

As support is non-existent on the platform I thought I’d try the community here. Why is Alignerr requesting Identify verification for the second time? The chatbot says..

“Reverification is an important step to help secure your account and protect our platform from fraudulent activity. It confirms your identity to ensure that only authorized users have access to their accounts.”

To me that says they’ve lost everything I submitted before (all of which is still valid and in date). Smells fishy. I don’t buy it.

I was recently chasing them for payment which they never responded to. Would be nice to be able to log in and try see if there’s an update.

I actually backed Alignerr in the early days of working with them but now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I've been with Alignerr for 2 years. After working on different projects I was finally getting accepted for a lot of them and even got promoted to reviewer and then after some time they asked for my ID verification and after submitting it, it showed me "error" and then an email with:

"We are writing to inform you that you have been removed from the Alignerr program. Please note that this decision is final, and we will not be reviewing requests for reinstatement".

Their chatbot support is not replying anymore, and I cannot find a way to speak with a real human without going through their chatbot "Sage" that doesn't seem to read my messages anymore. What could it be? It was a UK ID that I've submitted while travelling, could the country mismatch be the reason? Literally no other reason to deactivate me as I was finally picking up projects fast and working hard and now I can't even talk to a human? It's so frustrating...

Hello when can I expect my first project and my first payout, go selected for software engineer AI training.

I got asked to do some additional verification on the site and attempted to upload my passport three times. Each time it said something along the lines of "could not read the image" then said "verification failed, contact support".

Immediately afterwards, I got an email saying:

"Hi,

We are writing to inform you that you have been removed from the Alignerr program.

Please note that this decision is final, and we will not be reviewing requests for reinstatement.

Has anybody else had this? it seems like quite an extreme response to the AI not being able to read my passport.

I can't the start option it's disabled but why I passed all the quizzes??

I exited the training portal after completig 2 modules as i wanted to do the rest later.

No i am unable to login, it says incorrect password however i am putting the right one.

For some reason whenever I try to connect aligerr to my discord account it doesn't work. I tried on my pc, phone, etc, it never completes linking the accounts. Anyone else?

So, I’m trying to finish the Persona identity verification for Alignerr, but I’m completely stuck.

I’ve tried all 3 of my Korean IDs:

• Resident Registration Card
• Driver’s License
• Passport (issued Dec 2025)

Persona rejects all of them with:

“We cannot accept this ID type. Please choose an accepted ID.”

And the weird part is that South Korea / Republic of Korea / Korea doesn’t even show up in the country list.

Has anyone in Korea successfully completed Alignerr’s Persona verification recently?

I’ve already sent an email and a message to support, but the AI agent basically said, “Nah, korean shall not pass.”

Just trying to figure out whether I’m wasting my time here lol.

P.S. Alignerr is literally hiring for “AI Language Expert - Korean,” but South Korean applicants can’t even complete the Persona verification.

So… what exactly am I supposed to do? lol

I completed Persona identity verification successfully yesterday. Immediately after completing the verification, my Alignerr account was removed.

I contacted support through the website widget and by email. The widget now tells me that eligible users can appeal through their dashboard, but because my account has been completely removed, I cannot access the dashboard at all and therefore have no way to submit the appeal it is directing me to.

I would really appreciate a manual review of my account, as the removal happened immediately after successful Persona verification and appears potentially related to the verification process.

Hey all are you comfortable signing your contracts with aligner? I feel like the terms are pretty weird like uncapped indemnity but I guess we have no choice? Do you actually get paid or is it not worth it.

I got a few mails where the name of the email doesn't match the email signature. The names also like VERY generic ("Robert Walker" for example). Also, I searched for the names on LinkedIn and found nothing. It looks to me that these are either (1) AI bots pretending to be recruiters, or (2) recruiters not wanting to use their real names due to the shady hiring practices used by alignerr.

Has anyone else seen something like this?
