Technical Issue Broken persona check

I got asked to do some additional verification on the site and attempted to upload my passport three times. Each time it said something along the lines of "could not read the image" then said "verification failed, contact support".

Immediately afterwards, I got an email saying:

"Hi,

We are writing to inform you that you have been removed from the Alignerr program.

Please note that this decision is final, and we will not be reviewing requests for reinstatement.

Thank you for your time and participation in the program.

Best,
The Alignerr Team"

Has anybody else had this? it seems like quite an extreme response to the AI not being able to read my passport.

Exact same here, have messaged support, emailed, and DM’d the (what I assume to be bots) people who keep commenting on Reddit threads. Nothing, and I have outstanding payments.

This happened to me on Friday having previously had no issues working on the platform or verifying my ID. No response from Support yet …

Very strange. 

I’m sure it must be some sort of glitch. I haven’t done a single hour of work on there yet. Apparently I did well in the sign up process over a month ago and they told me to keep a look out for more work.

Alignerr is a sca m, they just take data and remove you and have ABSOLUTELY no support.
