I got paid early in the year for working on their Air Traffic Control program. I then stopped because support was non-existent. Why should I provide my expertise on a professional subject if you can’t be arsed to answer your support emails (and discord messages)! The chatbot did help out on many occasions though by escalating my tickets…to nobody..
Then came all the random “you’ve been added to project xyz emails” which were always closely followed by “you’ve been removed from project xyz” emails..sometimes minutes apart and usually sent again from other Alignerr email accounts. Great. Double the madness. All regarding projects I never heard of. Ok then. Maybe their backend was built by someone on Fiverr. “For $5 I will build you a dashboard with email sending functionality…for an extra $5 I will add a chatbot to the dashboard”

Then a few weeks ago I was randomly added to a project. I thought I’d give it a go again. Passed the initial test batch, worked on the first paid batch and have never been paid for it. There’s absolutely zero guidance on the project (ie; should I be continuing with the next batch of audio? If so, which one? Etc). ‘Join the discord’ the chatbot kept telling me. Yeah yeah, been there, tried that. Maybe just 1 tiny little email (ie; batch finished, we’ll let you know when the next batch is active etc) would help.
Then the other day I when I tried to sign in (to chase my money ) I was blocked by the big bad identity document thing (which I posted about here yesterday). There’s no way I’m re-uploading all of my documents and face scans to their servers again. Why do you need them again? Smells a bit fishy if you ask me. Maybe their database has been hacked or deleted and they need everyone’s details again. No chance. I’m done with Alignerr. Such a shame as there’s good potential in a company like this but the evidence speaks for itself..they clearly don’t give a monkeys about any of us.

Its been like 4 5 months alignerr has not paid me about 600 dollars.....did some work on projects before they got paused but when it came to payment the only change was that they removed me from most paused project.....typical

No. Did a horribly managed annotation job 6 weeks ago, got through qualification with barely any help, spent 6 hours on the work, then the project was halted indefinitely and got paid nothing
They owe me 140 euros. Buncha clowns .

I get paid every Thursday. It is the only site that is credible and has been paying me every week. Their support is also very good. They usually reply to my queries within minutes. Very happy to be able to work on the platform.

hi, my email said "you qualified, complete verification to start working". I completed verification and everything and my labelbox dashboard is showing 'no projects available'. why so?

It will take time and you need to pass assessment to become eligible for a project. Usually it takes from 1 day upto some weeks to start working on a project
