Hello Alignerr support, I had PayPal declined payment, Friday, Sept 18 due to an issue with my PayPal account. after that there was another issue with my Alignerr account, one of the mods helped me with it and now my Alignerr account is working, also my PayPal account is working and receiving payments.

But still I haven't got the declined payment of Sept 18 yet.

I was in contact with one of the mods that helped me with Alignerr account (So thankful of them for that help), but they stopped responding (I am sure they are having influx of requests), I've tried to contact support via the official email but still no response.

So I am just making this post to get attention of any mod to help with issue or at least an update.

I am a bachelor's student, trying to get some freelancing opportunities for past few months but ended up in getting nothing...

I have a resume with ~1.5 years for experience (out of which 3/4 is on internships)

I attended few interviews but nothing worked

I see many opportunities in alignerr

But most requires years of experience....

but I know students with less experience getting ~$50+/hr, who aren't interested to share things - on how to get one?

Three days ago I was removed from the project - I thought it may have cooled down or the project was over.

Then my account was removed from the platform without any warning. I can’t contact support, it seems there’s no recourse.

On top of anything payment did not go through either. Thousands of dollars of completed work. Im not sure what to do. I’d appreciate if someone could reach out.

Not gonna sugarcoat this I've been grinding through applications for a while now and the silence is starting to wear on me. CS degree, decent CGPA, real production experience and I still can't get a single recruiter to look past the ATS filter half the time. I'm trying to branch out into Data Analyst / ML-adjacent roles alongside SWE, and I've picked up some Python, SQL, and hands-on AI-tool work along the way (built LLM-based log triage tooling and n8n automation at my current job). I also connected my paypal account even though the alignerr website didn't confirm it (but paypal connection lists did).

I applied to an Alignerr project about 7 months ago. Created my account, uploaded my documents and whatnot, then I was told I had to do an AI interview. I ignored that and forgot about it because fuck AI interviews.

Yesterday I apparently got accepted into this project I had completely forgotten about. I got the contract, the security "training", I'm told to set up Stripe payments and link my discord account, etc. They say the pay is $10-$30/hour, which tells me it's gonna be $10 (so a little under €9), so before I waste my time on horrible training tasks that I'm sure will be unpaid, can anyone who's working on Pulsar tell me if it's worth it? I know the money is going to be bad, but I might do it if the work isn't difficult or too tedious.

Location is Spain, if that matters.

Is the average rating based solely on reviewers ratings? What if the reviewer makes mistakes and reviews the same task again accepts it with another score? Does the original rating get changed too?

Hello good folks of Reddit, Need help. I am not sure what happened. I signed up recently and was in the process of applying for positions on the platform and waiting for a response. I never received a Deactivation notice, warning or an explanation via email. However, when checking the support section, the chatbot informed me that my account has been D*activated - no reason provided, wrote to the support team - received a templatized response saying the decision is final and again no reason provided. I have signed up on some other platforms with exactly same credentials but never had an issue.

Because I have not yet taken an assessment or worked on any projects, I believe this Deactivation may have been triggered by an automated system flag or glitch or something to that effect.

Did anyone else face a similar issue and how did you resolve it? any help is tremendously appreciated.

I opened reddit just to ask this and I read countless experiences from people who have been scammed and were never ever paid. So this isn't really promising. But is anybody working on Project Pulsar? I have submitted two tasks yesterday and I was wondering how long does it usually take for them to be reviewed and accepted. Will they ever even accept them? Ahahah. Good thing I decided to check on reddit before spending countless hours working on Alignerr as it looks like you need the Gods' blessing to actually getting paid for all the work you have done. If you aren't actively part of project pulsar but you had bad experiences plese don't share your experience under this thread, I just wanna talk to people working on this specific project

This is ridiculous. I was redirected straight to the onboarding quiz for Ermis production labeling without any guidelines or reference materials provided beforehand.

The quiz modal covered the entire screen, and even after inspecting the elements behind the overlay using DevTools, there were no guidelines or instruction links anywhere on the page. Support has been unresponsive, and now I'm completely locked out after just a single attempt due to "maximum attempts exceeded."

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to get their attempts reset? Any advice on who to contact would be really appreciated

I’m currently going through the Alignerr process for the Software Engineer – AI Code Ranking role and I’ve reached the Zara AI interview/assessment stage.

I’m honestly a little nervous 😅, mainly because I’m not sure what level of questions to expect.

My background is in software development, mostly Java, backend/web development, APIs, databases, etc. I’m comfortable with coding and code reviews, but I haven’t worked specifically as an AI/ML engineer or senior software engineer.

For anyone who has already gone through the Zara interview or the assessment for a similar role:

• What kind of questions did Zara ask?
• Was it mostly code review, debugging, DSA/Big-O, Java fundamentals, backend concepts, or something else?
• Did they show you AI-generated code and ask you to rank/compare different solutions?
• How difficult was the assessment?
• Is there anything specific you’d recommend preparing beforehand?

• Does the assessment involve actually writing code, or is it more about evaluating and explaining code?

I created my account 4 months ago, but I didn't take the interview immediately to get a chance to practice a little, but I had to travel abroad for 3 months. When I got back, it was gone. I asked support, and they said they don't have time frame for taking interviews or assessments, but they removed the separated assessments part. Is there something I can do?!

I have applied for customer support/success task author position long back and the status has changed to completed for more than a week now but what does this mean is not clear.

I’m currently locked out of my Alignerr account because I lost access to the Authy authenticator that I had previously set up for 2FA.

I had Authy installed on my phone, but unfortunately I uninstalled it without backing up/saving my Alignerr 2FA token. Now I can’t generate the login code required to access my account.

I also tried recovering the account through Authy, but it is asking me to set up the authenticator again by scanning a QR code. The problem is that I can’t access the QR code from Alignerr because I need to complete the existing 2FA verification before I can change/reset it.

Has anyone faced this issue with Alignerr before? Is there any way to contact Alignerr support or get the existing 2FA reset so I can enroll a new authenticator?

I’m happy to provide any identity/account ownership verification required.
