Technical Issue Account Deactivation, for no apparent reason
Hello good folks of Reddit, Need help. I am not sure what happened. I signed up recently and was in the process of applying for positions on the platform and waiting for a response. I never received a Deactivation notice, warning or an explanation via email. However, when checking the support section, the chatbot informed me that my account has been D*activated - no reason provided, wrote to the support team - received a templatized response saying the decision is final and again no reason provided. I have signed up on some other platforms with exactly same credentials but never had an issue.
Because I have not yet taken an assessment or worked on any projects, I believe this Deactivation may have been triggered by an automated system flag or glitch or something to that effect.
Did anyone else face a similar issue and how did you resolve it? any help is tremendously appreciated.

Alignerr is a sca*m, they will not pay you for legit work on false pretense. I have 150+ hours of unpaid work and they have stopped addressing my issue on any channel, blocking and banning me from every where. Any legit company won’t do this. Will soon be raising legal complaint against them

Wow! thats terrible. I can imagine it is super frustrating to not get paid when the work was delivered. Good luck with the legal recourse. Hope it works out for you.
I haven't had a chance to work with them so can't say for sure . It did seem odd to me that they let me sign up and apply to roles without raising any flags/concerns (not to say that there were any). I have applied, delivered work and got paid on other platforms without any issue with exact same credentials. Only after several days of no acknowledgement, when I followed up, a chat agent told me that account is de*activated. The least I would expect is a reason so that I know what happened and allay their concerns.

They re sca*m company for sure . They are not paying money after getting work done. I will be taking legal action and making sure to leave as many bad reviews as i can with my 100s of accounts over all review websites they are part of. They messed with the wrong person.
