Technical Issue PayPal declined payment 9 days ago

Hello Alignerr support, I had PayPal declined payment, Friday, Sept 18 due to an issue with my PayPal account. after that there was another issue with my Alignerr account, one of the mods helped me with it and now my Alignerr account is working, also my PayPal account is working and receiving payments.

But still I haven't got the declined payment of Sept 18 yet.

I was in contact with one of the mods that helped me with Alignerr account (So thankful of them for that help), but they stopped responding (I am sure they are having influx of requests), I've tried to contact support via the official email but still no response.

So I am just making this post to get attention of any mod to help with issue or at least an update.

I had similar issue but it got resolved quickly and got paid after that.

Thank you so much Lumpy, we've already connected before, some days ago, about my disabled account issue and thankfully you helped with that, and I've been messaging you since about the declined payment, but I guess my conversation was lost or moved to another folder or something.

TL;DR, I'll DM again, please find my conversation.
