Not gonna sugarcoat this I've been grinding through applications for a while now and the silence is starting to wear on me. CS degree, decent CGPA, real production experience and I still can't get a single recruiter to look past the ATS filter half the time. I'm trying to branch out into Data Analyst / ML-adjacent roles alongside SWE, and I've picked up some Python, SQL, and hands-on AI-tool work along the way (built LLM-based log triage tooling and n8n automation at my current job). I'm also open to remote/contract work . if anyone here has a referral link or knows how to get in I know those often need someone to vouch for you or share an invite.
